Pratham Inn by DOWNTOWN HOTEL

Rooms are neat clean and good. The staff does not pay much attention to you and you have to manage things on your own. There is bar/pub in this hotel therefore you will find drunken boys/girls around there and it is noisy till midnight. no amenities or open space inside even reception sitting area is also too small Yes, with this price you will definitely get a better option around you but if you don't have any option this hotel is better to stay.

Not recommended for family it is a bar and restaurant. If wanna boos and stay u can go for it. Worst service from staff.

The hotel staff was very helpful, gave early check in, the room was neat and clean, easily accessible, with road view and the bike rental was within a few metres, even accessible to local transport had a pleasant stay.

no housekeeping came for 2 night. even called reception for housekeeping but they never provided. rooms were not clean.

The room was nice. But the pest situation is not ideal. Saw 3 cockroaches in a span of 4 days. The facilities were nice. The people at the reception desk were very helpful. The food was also good. It is located in the same building as a pub so you might experience difficulties due to the noise, depending on the proximity of the room to the pub.

everything was working properly, staff was good, rooms clean and spacious. For the price, not a bad deal.

room had bad smell while we entered and had small Cockroachs all over the room and parking wasn't good enough my room was in 2nd floor and they have pub in 1st room because of which I couldn't sleep at night of the heavy music they were playing it's not for peaceful stay

Hotel was good but electricity utilities like switches, plugs, ac remote were not functional

The room there is nice, really nice actually, but the service is confusing as in you don't know what is included and what is not, and i don't like the hotel parking and the elevator.

Hotel was attached with pub &bar, music sound was so horrible inside the room. Toilet was small ac is sound y and fan also rotating with good sound. Insect are wandering inside the room. Check in check out time was not convenient. Other hotels time are 24 hrs in same area.

Worse experience… dirty rooms. Full of cockroaches, mould around. Whole night too much music noise. Stinky rooms, too smelly. No basic toiletries. The cost they charge for is too high .. please don’t book and get into unnecessary health complication.

The room was okay but night time there was lots of music noise from the pub which is in the same building. We went with kids so it was little inconvenient for us.

The property has a basement parking, ground floor reception, 1st floor is lounge-bar with dance floor and music and rooms are from 2nd floor onwards. Perfect place for youngsters. But if you prefer silence and peaceful evening/night - choose the rooms from 3rd or 4th floor. Location is very good - many restaurants and decent shopping arcades near by.
