Excellent place Family stay Food is delicious

The property itself is great but terribly maintained. The caretaker had taken offline bookings and made us wait for the check in even after showing the booking details. He did not have the basis manners of asking for water etc. He could see that we had travelled by bikes and reached property at 12. Instead kept calling someone who takes care of booking nad pushed us to pay extra and upgrade. The pool is in such bad condition that you can't see the floor. It is completely green with algy. The reason they gave for not maintaining the pool was the rain-dance construction next to it. The room had just one single blanket. There are open wiring all over the place including the baathroom. The food is average at best. Not sure how someone can mess daal fry and chapati. The place is kinda far from the beach or the temple. In fact it is right on the edge of Diveagar gram panchayat. I had already seen some bad reviews but as it was a last minute plan on a long weekend, not many options were left. Decided to take a risk that I shouldn't have. Owner needs to pay attention to the service and maintenance or all this investment and great potential would go to waste.

The place is very good. The cottages could be better.. There is plenty of play area for kids. Mango Orchards are great.

Stay was pleasant with supportive staff.All the amenities are great.It is approx 2 km from beach. Though there is no direct view of the beach , the facility is good enough on its own

this was a very good experience for me. the hotel is clean and specious. we had a excellent stay Food was great👍 Especially the surmai we had for lunch was superb. the hotel is bit away from the beach and you need car to reach beach. If you have guys who wish to go every now and then.. it's bit difficult. but otherwise the resort itself has so many things to try that you will enjoy.. the elderly persons from my family enjoyed the kasya thali machine for foot massage. swimming pool is very clean. and not so deep. so everyone can enjoy. rooms have basic amenities. nothing exceptional.. but that's okay with me. overall I am very much happy with the deal I got. and will be visiting this place again to try the things I could not spend enough time this time.

Property is awesome, but service is very pathetic. We have to inform each and every thing and after that also it is remaining as it is.

Nice location, a short distance from the beach. The room is comfortable, though we had problems with the fan which was not attended to. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade. Taste of food depends on what items you order - fish fry was good, omelette is average, poha good, all vegetables have the same taste and too oily. Good recreational facilities.

It's a mixed experience here the room was smaller than expected the toilet was not clean. There were lizards in the room most of the amenities are broken or not working. Polyhouse farming was also not available for customers. Otherwise very calm, lots of parking space, it's in very good nature.

Property was good and good place for kids to enjoy. It needs some maintenance in rooms and amenities. Staff is helpful. Food taste can be improved. Power outage was bit of a problem due to summer. Overall cleaning is good. Scope for improvement in some areas.

In diveagar, a fantastic place to stay is prathamesh funland. It is a very serene and peaceful place to live. The rooms were good. They also include children's indoor and outdoor play facilities. Trampoline for both adults and children. Adult recreation area featuring tt, air hockey, carrom, and other games.

It's a very good property to stay and enjoy with family, the staff is very supportive, a few things can be better like a bed mat that needs to be changed as it's very hard, also one room gets only one blanket and one towel what if a big family of 4-5 stays in 1 room, this guys provide only 1 towel by default and when we asked for another one the towel that the provided was very worst quality all the threads was sticking to body. Food was good, only this was due to the new year heavy crowd they were not able to manage it properly

The property was good. Its a calm place with pleasant atmosphere. There is a swimming pool, indoor games for adults and children and a lawn to spend some quality time. Do note that beach is far from this property. There is almost no public transport. So stay here only if you have your own vehicle to visit beach. I would suggest to improve the food taste which really disappointed all of us. Staff was also very limited which impacted the service little. In X'mas period rates were little higher. I may recommend to book room in this hotel in range. Overall a good resort!
