I stayed for a night, and overall, it was a decent experience. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the service was quite good. However, there were some issues with the pipes, likely due to the property's age. While the stay was comfortable, I felt the pricing was a bit high considering the condition of the Prayana Hotels. A little maintenance and better pricing would make it a much better choice!

Checking was smooth, room was more spacious than expected. Staff were polite and courteous. Room was very good with respect to cleanliness, presentation, amenities such as shaving kit and toiletries were present. Towels were slightly worn. Location is very close to north railway station, very convenient. Overall extremely satisfied with the faculty and staff.

The Prayana Hotels was near the exit gate of ernakulam town junction station. It was an excellent stay for us. There were lotvof restaurants around the Prayana Hotels. The Prayana Hotels also has restaurant but the food options are limited. One issue is that the Prayana Hotels does not have travel desk. So, for car we had to look for travel agents nearby.
