Prayana Hotels

Hotel is very close proximity to the north railway station. Rooms were just good. Hot water is a doubtful one coz, i got water that was not that cold thats all. The Prayana Hotels has a bar which is in a building adjacent to the Prayana Hotels. There is room service. Restaurant is also there, but i didnt like it. The Prayana Hotels requests you to not to bring outside food as they have trouble in waste management. I wont re-comment this to a family. For bachelors its okay. Just good for a 1 night stay. Ernakulam town railway station is only foot steps away. Metro station is also just meters away

Ambiance is very fine. Located very near to railway station is a boom to train travallers. Food services in lodge premises is an added advantage to the tourists. Additional bedsheets may be provided as quilt only is available and cleaning it after getting used by the users is not practically not possible though it is claimed that cleaned quilt is provided to each new occupant. On the whole courteous behaviour of the staff and amenities are good.

A very good room service and hygiene i have visited the Prayana Hotels for breakfast. Breakfast spread was very nice, had a lot of options available. Liked the fact that dims-um options were also available. All the team members during breakfast were very attentive & gave prompt service to anything asked. Chef also came to ask about about food quality & taste. Really liked the fact that they really think about guest experience.

The room is same as shown in the photos in make my trip app, it's comfortable for stay and washroom were good, all needs required are met, only thing is toothbrush and paste shud be brought in before by us, soap and shampoo available, very budget friendly, am happy with my stay, i was very skeptical before i reached, but satisfied. The room can accommodate happily 2 persons.

I booked this Prayana Hotels without much expectations because it was titled as mmt value stay. But it turned out to be really good. The room was a bit congested but it was neat and tidy. I will visit this place again. There is a restaurant called theevandi located near the Prayana Hotels. I had breakfast from there and it was good. Overall a nice experience.

Have a present stay in prayana Prayana Hotels. Special room get here. Good staff and their services also. There is only one thing they have to improve, waste bin need to clear as far as possible. Why because they didn't clear the bin till now. When i had food in the morning. I placed my waste bin outside of my door.

Location is near to ernakulam town station. Food is good but lit-tile expensive. I booked standard ac room and room was not spacious also it doesn’t look like the pics given in the app. So we shifted to deluxe room. Receptionist is very helpful and polite. They have parking space.
