The owner did not pick up the call, ended up being in a different hotel. It took time, but mm t solved the issue

Good maintenance.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Ac is broken and beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is its proximity to near beach. Otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all.

Overall good rooms with clean and need furniture. But the tv is not working properly. Bathroom also good with hot and cold water 24/7.

I have booked two rooms and they have just given me 1 room and also talked about the refund they will give but they didn't refund money to me this is the terrible experience.

Please don't book this place with family or friends, it's waste place, no rooms are proper, all room are like toilets rooms, while booking the rooms they will show different room, after going there they will give you different rooms, we can stay at bus stand but not in this hotel.

Awesome room full neat and good.

Care taker was very rude. We were waiting for check-in since 8. 30, he allotted the room at 1. 30. No water bottles in room.

No cleaning no drinking water fascicles no room service nothing in this property very old furniture even they do not have extra mattresses and pi-lo

When we reached the property no one was there to receive us, we waited for the receptionist for more than one hour. They didn't provide us with the room which we had booked, he took us to a different place and the room was dirty the bathroom didn't have a proper lock. Tv was not there, no room service only one bed and 2 chairs were provided, when we booked it showed the property had a refrigerator induction cooker dining table but nothing was there. Please don't opt this stay they are scammers.

1 Terrib. Burst experience. A.c. में 5 मिनट का टाईमर लगा है।पूरी रात जागकर बैठे रहे।A.C बिल्कुल भी ठंडा नहीं होता है । मेरे मांगने के बाद तौलिया व साबुन मिला था। चादर बिना धुली बिछाई गई थी। कमरे में जाने का रास्ता पीछे से है।इसी कारण मुझे 14 अगस्त से 16 अगस्त का दो दिन का कमरा डायरेक्ट प्रोपर्टी पर जाकर लेना पड़ा।

They did not give me room and said it's full. After some time they shifted me to 5 km far a hotel in non ac room. I had to spend my night there

Rooms are good, clean and big but service is not good tv is not working drinking water is not available.

Nice stay for friends. Decent room with low charges. Near by baga beach and food centre. Ac and fridge available.

The room shown on mmt app is entirely different which i got. Room was too small without ventilation. Ac was not cooling. Ac=tractor, was making lot of noise. I have video evidence of it.

There was no enough parking, toilet was not good and they don’t give the wife password. We asked them to clean the room but they didn’t do it.

Suddenly power cut every day, house keeping don't come to room, water doesn't clean and not water.

Trst me, To much poor never recommend to any one. Tottly distrb my trip.

1. I was with my family and while check in receptionist was sleeping. I went to his room and wake him up. 2. No any network inside room neither jio or airtel. His wifi also not working. 3. Restaurant not available and he also not provide any plates. 4. Room service forget about it. 5. He knows checkout time but not worried about check in. 6. Very bad service and experience
