Prem Plaza Hotel

I recently had a one-night stay at prem plaza karnal Prem Plaza Hotel with my wife, and i would like to share my review: positives: the Prem Plaza Hotel offered nice, spacious, and hygienic rooms with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the location and ambience were excellent. Room for improvement: the valet parking system was not up to par as they left my car outside the Prem Plaza Hotel instead of parking it inside after the rush was cleared. Moreover, they provided mini bar items and snacks in the room without our consent and later charged for them at check-out. To enhance guest experience, the Prem Plaza Hotel should either avoid placing such items in the room or ask during check-in whether guests want them. Alternatively, they could charge for the mini bar items during the refill, ensuring guests are informed of the charges beforehand. Long check-out process: during check-out, it took an uncomfortably long time as they sent a person to check whether the mini bar items were used or not, resulting in unnecessary delays and discomfort for the guests. The Prem Plaza Hotel should review this policy to streamline the check-out process and ensure a more pleasant experience for their guests. Staff experience: while the majority of the staff were courteous and accommodating, the reception staff appeared a bit rough in their approach. Furthermore, there seemed to be a noticeable difference in their behavior towards well-dressed individuals compared to others. I believe the owner should provide proper training to the staff regarding courtesy and unbiased behavior towards all guests. Consistent, respectful treatment of guests would undoubtedly contribute to a more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Prem Plaza Hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, enjoyable breakfast, and an excellent ambience. However, addressing the aforementioned areas for improvement would elevate the guest experience further.

Situated at the Railway Road, just 3-5 minutes away from the Karnal railway station. The Prem Plaza Hotel is quite neat, clean and fragrant. The staff was very helpful and amicable. Our neighbors were quite noisy and rambunctious so we requested the receptionist to change our room. Not only did he changed our our room with no questions asked, he upgraded us to an even bigger and better one! The only thing negative about the Prem Plaza Hotel is that the rooms are not sound proof and you can easily get disturbed by the sounds and noises coming from the corridor, if you're not a heavy sleeper.

Super nice Prem Plaza Hotel! great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, delicious food, amazing decor and awesome well kept bathrooms, but the thing that makes this such a great place to stay are the staff. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and service. The morning buffet served for breakfast is the best part to start the day. Overall my experience was brilliant and enjoyed my time. I highly recommend this Prem Plaza Hotel to everyone visiting karnal. This is the best Prem Plaza Hotel of karnal. Thank you!

Our stay at Prem Plaza Hotel prem plaza was very comfortable. The location of the Prem Plaza Hotel is very good. The room was neat and had all the required ameneties. The check in process was quick and the in house restaurant served really good breakfast. Our children were happily playing in a small and cozy play area inside the Prem Plaza Hotel premises. Would love to stay again whenever we travel to karnal next.

Rooms are small but clean & well equipped. Staff is a little under-trained lacks coordination. But polite & well behaved staff. Food is great. Great banquet hall / meeting halls. The rooftop cafe pp high ! is simply amazing i couldn't believe i was in karnal. Fantastic ambience. Very uptown club. Must visit if you are in karnal & in party moods with friends & family

Everything seems good at the Prem Plaza Hotel except the dinner meal plan offered under the breakfast and dinner booking option looks like a big favor being done on the customer. The restaurant staff would treat you as if you are eating for free at the restaurant even after making all the payment in advance, against the Prem Plaza Hotel booking.

The Prem Plaza Hotel is really good, space is a little congested in the deluxe room but cleanliness and maintenance is very good. Food is very poor so don't go for the food. Washrooms are also clean and well maintained. Don't eat the chocolate bars and chips placed in your room as they are not complimentary. They are very expensive.

It's is excellent stay. I have full enjoy here. Hotel staff full cooperative. Excellent service in Prem Plaza Hotel. Beautiful room in Prem Plaza Hotel full luxery. Room safe and full safety. Bad are full comfortable. Bathroom are good. Overall it's a good night stay with minimum price.

Food is very good generally but this time there were goof ups while serving. Still i will rate the food as good. Location is good and so is hygiene

Overall experience is good but there are small things to be maintained like jet is not working in room no 301 and electric kettle is not working properly. Things to appreciate rooms service is good and rooms are clean but need ventilation in rooms.
