Excellent Stay

We had incredible stay at this residence recently. The apartment is very well maintained and hygenic. The host and caretaker is always responsive. We would definately recommend this to our friends.

It is just like a second home

We had a toddler with us. I had to cook for him as he does not eat outside food much. This home had everything which i needed right from grinder to washing powder. In short, it has all the basic things. Very comfortable stay. Location is 5 mins away from candolim main road. Maid used to come everyday for cleaning. The host jp is cooperative.

The apartment here is well furnished and well-equipped. Staffs should be immediately changed. We missed our train because of them.

groupThis place is very isolated. You won't like it much and swimming pool timings in afternoon was horrible (12:30 to 2) it was closed.

Hi Anshu Singh, there are 2 swimming pools in the complex, so if one is closed you can use the other pool. Place is 500 meters to Candolim beach and only complex which has abundant parking. It's very much centrally located next to Golden tulip resort and Sukmantra resort and close to ITC fortune hotel. So you can not say its isolated.

A home away home

It is a housing society in which you will get a flat. Every facility and working well. Cleaning was also good. Little bit old property but maintained. Location was 500 m from Candolim Beach. Value for money.

Unjustified amount charged

There is no electricity whole night, Inverted backup last within an hour. We spent whole night even without fan . We are surprised insted of being apology, MMT charged us for that inconvenient day. We want refund for such unexpected poor facility.

Hi Akash, sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. Supply from Goa electricity depot failed. There was no power all over Candolim and other places. My inverter works for a limited time for 3 to 4 hours. We charge you for 1 day.
