The property offers a good experience with great food and friendly staff. Guests enjoyed the authentic Kerala food and the comfortable stay on the houseboat. However, some guests found the houseboat experience average with no good open space to sit outside and felt the space was claustrophobic. Some guests also faced issues with cleanliness and the room not matching the advertised pictures. The boat ride was not value for money for some guests. Overall, the property is recommended for its good service and pleasant experience.
