Worst hotel worst staff pathetic experience

familyBooked room for my parents hotel is pathetic poor services worst staff bad behavior will share pictures also they served breakfast in polythin and news paper no hot water provided (my parents are 65 yrs) there was no house keeping staff manager itself comes in afternoon 12 noon they have no guards so security worst hotel experience pathetic disgusting

Sorry for inconvenience. I think you didn't enquire before your booking. We do dot have in house restaurant. And we provide room services and house keeping service for limited hours not 24 hours. Our hotel is basically destination wedding venue. And for hot water we use heat pump for all rooms which is established at roof i think your parents were not asked how it work. We have 24 hours hot water facilities.
