Prestige Houseboat

Privilege Houseboat is really a Privilege Prestige Houseboat to book for the holiday. Staff is v. cooperative and friendly which helps you to be comfortable on a new location. Privilege Houseboat is very clean and tidy, food provided is Awesome and hot all the time. In house staff guides you very properly for the local sight seeing and the place you want to visit in Kashmir. They really mean the words:- ATTHI DEVO BHAVA. 5 stars to them. *****

Despite horrifying TV news, I could dare to visit Kashmir only because of Mr. Samrer (Houseboat owner) & your customer care officer Mr. Himanshu. Both of them gave correct situation & encouraged to go trip. In the houseboat the housekeeper Mr. Adnan was excellent in all respect & praiseworthy.

Hospitality was excellent. Only negative was the manager did not allow to use the heater. Although the room was equipped with it but what is the use, if you cannot use it. The food was good, no complaint. Love their services. Will book again this houseboat.

We were two couples we reached there at night. Staff are so nice food was good but choice is limited.

As it was my honeymoon trip I have booked few addons like Flower bed and Candle light dinner. But the arrangements didnt meet my expectations. There are hardly 2 3 flowers and exactly 3 candles. But the amount I have paid for that is much more. Apart from that everything is good.

The houseboat was quite far from the Dal Lake. Food was average, we expected that at least attendant should stay on the houseboat during the night and there was no way of calling them either; in case one needed anything in the night. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was good.

The houseboat and the location was awesome but the food and the service was not so good.
