Worst place to stay if you are expecting hotel experience and service. No Room service, No one picks up the phone, if you need anything. It's a Club and come here to enjoy Bachelors.. Breakfast is not buffet!!!! Order and wait for 20-30 min

Food was awesome , service people were friendly but less in number so took lot of time to complete our food. Rooms were clean, Garden area was neatly maintained but swimming pool could have been maintained in a better way. Activities such as table tennis, billiards, sqash are charged Rs 354/hr separate. Could have covered in package! Overall, it is meant for a peaceful stay. Doesn't promise anything else.

Being a club, it has one of the best amenities. The location is a bit interiors but once you get there it is fabulous and there is no need to step out of the hotel since the food is delicious and it has all the amenities to keep you entertained.

We had booked 1 night stay at prestige as the location mentioned was nearby to all the sightseeing places as in 10 km n evrythn. But when we reached the area is in remote area. Very aloof. The time we reached none of the staff members even came for luggage and they are taking 6000 per night and giving this type of service. After we went to reception we asked for cab service, the staff said i don't know anything about hyderabad as i stay here in 2kms and we dont give any cab service. Being an expensive hotel or for that matter any hotel transportation service is must for tourist and specially ij this type of area where there is nothing. So me n my husband decidee to cancel our booking since it was worthless staying. But the manager was so rude saying you will not be getting any refund. We told the location is hopeless staff is worst. So the manager is claiming it to be the best property. Let me tell you we have also stayed in best n 5star properties but the service they give is at it's best. The manager is not ready to accept. So we asked for partial refund at-least give as we came to hyderabad to see the main places not to relax in your worst hotel. The manager was so adamant he didnt give a single rupee and the attitude was worst. Never go to this property. There are very nice properties in this cost and this area is worst and especially coming from mumbai this looks like khandar area. Not at all recommended and make mu trip is also responsible as we always do our booking via mm t and the service which they are providing is worst. Not full refund but at-least partial refund should be considered taj properties also give partial refund. But this worst property is not giving. Don't waste your money on this property.

It is situated at great location away from the hustle and bustle of the daily life but still accessible and reachable within few minutes. Great scenic view, property well maintained. Pool side lunch & dinner. Privacy at it’s best. Connect with satya he will take care of all your needs. Last but not the least awesome food & service.

Super tired with 26 hours of journey from sf o to hyderabad, but spending at prestige nirvana helped our entire family relax and get rid of the tiredness. The hotel manager mr. Satya was super helpful and made us very comfortable throughout our stay. We reserved the deluxe suite, and it is spotless, spacious, modern and 100% privacy protected. The hotel's food, green and contemporary atmosphere, and surroundings are a great part of our stay. The super satisfying part of my family in this hotel is the food, food, and food ) the chief chef, suresh, is exceptionally knowledgeable in dishes and hospitality. I have to say, my family and i enjoyed every single bite of the meal, excellent food. The menu is extensive and seasonal to an exceptionally high standard. Our stay at prestige nirvana is so pleasant, and i recommend this place.
