Right from the Reception Desk Staff Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Narendra, restaurant staff Mr. Sajid, Mr. Mahesh and house keeping boy Bhavesh, each one of them performed their duties to the best of their capabilities to ensure that we have a comfortable stay. We went to Gir just 3 days after reopening of the National Park from 19 to 23 Oct. 2024, tourists’ footfalls were on a lower side and so was the number of guests in the Pride Biznotel Gir, therefore the buffet system during food time was not available. In lieu of this provision, the Pride Biznotel Gir staff left no stone unturned in preparing whatever vegetarian food we requested and in whatever manner we preferred it to be cooked and that too with efficiency and swiftness. Special mention about Mr. Yogesh not just for his humble and sweet nature but also for his regular follow-up with us during our road travel from Rajkot to Sasan. He was caring enough to immediately acceding to our request and arranged to provide a freshly prepared dinner even at around 11 pm when we reached Pride Biznotel Gir on the first day from airport, due to traffic on route. Hats off to the Pride Biznotel Gir management for training and nurturing a good team of staffers well supervised by Sh. Yogesh. Will surely look forward to visit Gir in the ensuing year and consider staying at the same Pride Biznotel Gir.

Location is nearest to safari gate. Property is also good. Amenities are in line. Only problem is that the Pride Biznotel Gir is not driver friendly. They don't allow drivers to use the washroom and bathroom facilities.

Hotel is having very good room, support staff, very nice place because very near to singh sadan. Will definitely recommend to friends, family for stay here whenever visit to sasan gir. Thank you.
