From the moment i arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi had all the necessary services available, rooms are spacious, and loved the wholesome set of options in the breakfast buffet. Breakfast timings may be can be slightly extended for the weekend guests to 11am. People booking over the weekends are mostly their for leisure or recharge, nobody will be happy getting up early for the breakfast. The bath tub was the amenity i enjoyed the most, relaxing after the work trip. To and fro from the airport was lightning fast - 12 min one way. Views were not that great, i booked for 2 nights but got a 2nd floor facing another building. There is very less chance of getting a good view room here as it's in middle of atrocity surrounded by other Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhis.

We had to book this at the last minute after we realised that we are missing our flight connection from Delhi. Main consideration was a reliable for the night and nearness to the airport to catch an early morning flight. All that was served well. The only problem was that we also chose to have dinner in their restaurant. It was too pricey ( typically each dish is ₹1000/-) and not up to the mark. Although the Tawa rotis were indeed nice.

I was in delhi to drop off my daughter who was traveling overseas and extended my stay for another day to attend a meeting, and stayed at pride plaza for two nights. The Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi provided an excellent level of comfort. I completely enjoyed the stay, the breakfast layout in the morning is exceptionally good. The stall courteous n helpfull. Shall definitely give a thought of repeated stay here.

Overall, my experience was positive, with excellent location and service. However, i found the breakfast offerings could be improved. As an international guest, i was disappointed by the lack of quality cold cuts and the limited selection of cheeses. This aspect fell short of the standard i expected. Additionally, i suggest considering the addition of a sauna, as it would greatly enhance the relaxation experience.

Busy Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi always in aerocity good service and breakfast, walkin to next door aerocity food court and variety of restaurants

Stay was comfortable. Rooms and washroom are clean. Bit slow as far as service is concerned. I requested them to get my luggage from my room for check out, no one came for 20 minutes.

Property is well maintained, rooms spacious, all support staff on toes for the help. The breakfast and meal which were part of my booking was great with variety menu and good to taste.

Everything is okay just like any other properties of similar star rating. But there should be more honest housekeeping though it’s not big deal as i left my cap in the room and when i reported it about only after one hour, they said it was not in the room but i know it was in the room.

Well-trained, well-behaved, lovely team of staff at all levels. Great atmosphere and ambience. The place is worth repeated visits for A meal, a cup of coffee, some celebrations and a short/extended stay—excellent hospitality full credit to Mr Mohd Shoeb , AVP, North India and his team. Almighty bless the Management, a real Pride in the hospitality sector.

Very glad to have made an excellent decision booking and staying here. Rooms are clean with wooden flooring. We requested for extra blankets and they were very clean and nicely folded. Beds were soft and although it's a personal preference but we loved it more.

Neat and clean rooms with decent size of room and bathroom. Staff is also very courteous, they don’t allow speakers which is a bit disappointing
