The Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi had all the necessary services available, rooms are spacious, and loved the wholesome set of options in the breakfast buffet. Breakfast timings may be can be slightly extended for the weekend guests to 11am. People booking over the weekends are mostly their for leisure or recharge, nobody will be happy getting up early for the breakfast. The bath tub was the amenity i enjoyed the most, relaxing after the work trip. To and fro from the airport was lightning fast - 12 min one way. Views were not that great, i booked for 2 nights but got a 2nd floor facing another building. There is very less chance of getting a good view room here as it's in middle of atrocity surrounded by other Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhis.

Firstly, when i’ve reached out to your sales team directly, i’ve sometimes encountered responses that come across as quite unaccommodating. Additionally, i consistently find better rates on third-party platforms like makemytrip, which has influenced my booking choices. I believe these are key areas for improvement and hope they can be addressed soon. Overall, i would rate my stay 4 out of 5 and look forward to seeing these enhancements in future stays. We had to book this at the last minute after we realised that we are missing our flight connection from Delhi. Main consideration was a reliable for the night and nearness to the airport to catch an early morning flight. All that was served well. The only problem was that we also chose to have dinner in their restaurant. It was too pricey ( typically each dish is ₹1000/-) and not up to the mark. Although the Tawa rotis were indeed nice.

But the Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi service level is very low like a 2 star Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi. The Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi rooms are relatively big as compared to other Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhis. The rooms are clean.

The stay was comfortable, the staff was friendly and amenities were great but in the room despite there being two guest the floor slipper was only one

The stay was extremely comfortable. However, the staff at reception weren’t as hospitable as one would expect. Checking in was challenging.

Great service excellent food - we took breakfast included and the range and taste was amazing. Amenities were good staff helpful and happy to serve.

Everything fine with a technical problem that room key didn't work twice while checking in. It should be avoided because sometimes guests come tired. In case of power cut auto switch to standby is advisable.

The Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity New Delhi was good. Beds were clean but the room and the floor smelled a bit of mould. There was some mould in the bathroom.
