It was a good stay with my family, we checked in late in the night, buffet dinner was almost going to close, Thanks to the reception staff for providing us with dinner. Location is good. Food was amazing.

The room was not a president suite at all, the furniture was like a 2 star hotel, the fridge was stinking. They not even provided welcome drink to us. The food was cold even when we ordered for dine it the pizza and sandwich was not fresh at all, the food was terrible. Our room was not clean at arrival, there were not proper toiletries. Means my whole mood was upset they Not at all a 5 star stay. The house keeper didn't change the bedsheet and not even he changed the towels.

Very poor experience! The room was dirty, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the staff was rude when I asked for help. The food quality was below average, and overall hygiene was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
