The moment i arrived, i was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel instantly welcomed. Firstly no one was there recieve the luggage at the gate during reception and they took a good time to do the check in formalities. Lastly, we have booked from mm t for the entire 24 hrs whereas the management has called us multiple times to checkout on time as if we have booked as day booking. Even after giving the clarification they did not update in their system. Further they have asked us to pay for the breakfast where we already paid for the complementary breakfast. However, duty manager helped us with all our concerns regarding our stay.

Ac was not properly working, had to call electrician twice, but the wire was loose, room was hence getting suffocating at times. Apart from this service was very nice, staffs were polite, not sure why room had extra door though it was sealed from other end as stated by them. Food was amazing. I have stayed earlier rooms use to be comfortable, Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata should either fix this room or stop allocating this room to anyone.

The location of the Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata is easily accessible, the food is of high standards, staffs are professional & well trained. Other amenities are also adequate. Hence would love to stay again in future.

Good location with well appointed rooms. Very courteous overall service. Slightly disappointed with the quality and variety but of fish cooked for dinner buffet. And surprisingly the Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata does not hold times of india newspaper. This restaurant serves a sumptuous spread of breakfast well suited for people across india

Very good service, the behavior of the employees is also very good, the process of check-in and check-our is very simple and less time consuming. The ambience and service of the Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata is very satisfactory. I would recommend if anyone wants to get the best service within the budget then come here once.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The Pride Plaza Hotel, Kolkata is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property service rooms only and only front desk needs to remain more active and fast, even after check providing documents id again at the time of check in they are asking for the same than what is the meaning to take it thru link unnecessarily waste of time

It was a very nice stay with very cooperative staff, particularly madam archana, over all the stay was comfortable and safe.

Rooms & stay is comfortable. Check out process took unusually long which can be avoided. The parting experience leaves a bad taste which lingers in the memory.

The property is well managed and the service is good. The room didn’t have face towels but after asking they did provide the same.
