Water in bathroom is dirty, completly yellow colour. Looks like room was not open from long time. No cleaness inside the room. TV was not working. Hot water facility is not there. Completly disappointed with makemaytrip. In future i won't do any booking from MakeMyTrip.

located near the main road, food was meh and they charged too high for it. room was too small no windows or ventilation. overall poor experience

Too dirty, bad blankets and bedsheets. Ratings aren’t justified. Location is wrong. Maybe it’s suitable if you’re homeless and don’t care of hygiene

Very small rooms and bathroom doors never get closed..... and we can find cockroaches small insects in the bed in the picture they show big rooms and give small rooms after going there no clean at all

Hotel rooms are not like a picture that shows. Room full of cigarettes smell, dirty bed. The bathroom is too small and cannot bath. The wall corners are a tobacco stain. It's not in the same name as they gave. The real name is le cashew.

1. The room is very small and even room height also short 2. The romm is full of mosquitoes, unable to sleep at night 3. The shampoo & dental or saving kit was not available 4. The blanket also too old

We were so happy with our choice of hotel. The room was brilliant. The bed was comfortable, we slept really well. He front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Nice accommodation, the staff took good care of us ) it is clean and beds are comfy

The hotel has good. Clean rooms, well maintained and comfortable bed. Excellence service at the hotel. Welcoming staffs and so helpful for check in and out. Hotel manager will guide full address and provide smoothly check in the second time and we would do it again ) really clean and comfortable ) great location, 5 min from metro and train station )

Wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was fast. Room was beautifully decorated, staff so helpful and friendly at all times very good value for money verry helpful staff and a great location. Great hotel! rooms are big, clean and equipped with everything you need. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Food was great. Attentive staff, great value, for many inexpensive room service of a high standard. Friendly staff, good location, good food, suits everybody's needs, and pocket friendly, a must visit.

The hotel was in a central location, good to reach from the railway station. As well it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had a little travel agency that really helped us to plan our trip and to arrange everything we wanted for a good price really great hotel prime cashew

Modern hotel very well situated for new delhi railway station, and not too far from the old delhi station too! the rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent! the hotel can arrange tours in and around delhi (red fort etc) and in other indian cities too! i will be changing my booking later in my trip, to return to this hotel! very safe hotel and staff was helpful superb overall
