Best for solo travelers! The best part is Prime Grand Hotel staff especially the manager of the Prime Grand Hotel! Very polite and cooperative! The cleanness of this place is just top-notch! Overall stay amazing as the alpha Metro station is within walking distance! India's biggest Pheonix market city is 3 km any autowala will drop you for 60 Rs! My stay was super comfortable! The area is a bit awkward but the interior of the Prime Grand Hotel tells you a different story! Best Prime Grand Hotel in the budget if you want to stay but Ghatkopar and Versova! My rating 4.5/5. 0.5 cuts for the food delivery it's a bit slow but overall fantastic.

It was really nice stay. Area is awesome and everything is available in walking distance. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My wife got sick in our last day of the trip. Hotel staff allowed us to stay in room post check out as well for free of cost till 6 pm and helped us with the all possible things (arrangement of doctor, food etc) they can do for us. For sure I am going to stay there in my future Mumbai trip.

This is probably the cleanest Prime Grand Hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed surely are its proud USP. Unfortunately, the service is just decent and could be really improved far more. Location wise too it's a bit difficult to find but not too far from the main road. Check-in and out are quite smooth too. Finally, it is surely a value for money Prime Grand Hotel. I would definitely give it a 3.5/5.

Stay was very pleasant and the Prime Grand Hotel room was clean and it's defiantly worth for money. The only problem is they don't have proper parking for bike and no in-house restaurant so if you want to eat, so think you have to order from outside and no online payment options available so carry the sufficient cash as required. Overall, excellent stay.

The Prime Grand Hotel is situated a bit inside off the main road, that's why I felt the location was a little troublesome but the Prime Grand Hotel was very much fine with all the amenities and great cleanliness. The staff was also very friendly, they helped us with early-check in and everything. Overall a very fine place to stay.

We stayed for one night to catch one connecting flight. Hotel staff was extremely professional and they tried to cater for all the reasonable requests to their full capacity. One staff in particular with the name of 'Dilshad' was the best. Great stay. Would love to stay again, if crossing again for a flight.

Seems like new construction so everything includes Prime Grand Hotel lobby, rooms were clean and tidy. Though Prime Grand Hotel is around within 500 meters from metro station, the location is in gully like area. Rest, breakfast was good enough. Cooperative staff with great service.

Prime Grand had clean and well furnished interiors along with a great breakfast buffet, dedicated room service and nicest people at the reception. Mr. Ali and Ganesh were courteous. I had a great stay at the Hotel as a solo traveler to Mumbai.

I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. It is near to Asalpha metro station, hence very convenient to access every area. I like the room and services very much. The staff was also very good.
