We were a group of 8, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was good, staff was courteous, house was clean and yummy breakfast was served. Definitely recommend this place.

Food is too much costly. Check in time 2 pm. I think it is a problem. It should be 10 am.

The overall stay was good just because of the location. The location of the property was very convenient. It was close to the market area, transportation/taxi and all was easily available. The room was good but, the mattress and furniture provided were very old and uncomfortable. The staff was cooperative. The food was good to have. The property is recommended just because of the location.

The stay was good. The room was comfortable to stay. The staffs and caretaker were good, polite and responsive. I tried the food there it was good. I would like to recommend the property to others.

Morning services start 8.00 clock before that you can not expect any thing. No proper arrangement of lunch, dinner etc. Staff is good and cordial.

My booking was for different Prime Apartment. We reached there and then they said it is not here but somewhere else. Place was clean when you first look but the refrigerator was filled with left over food. No complimentary kit was given and there was a used soap. The Service was okay. In the night, we could See cockroaches climbing over food on table. It was an okay stay with ac working as the only good thing.

Stay was good, no issue. Property in a Prime location and all the things were there as per the expectation. Nice, clean and safe property with all required facilities. The caretaker was very friendly and the food they provide was good in taste. I was finding the location where I can feel like a home and that was a perfect property for me. I had a very good experience with that property. I wish to use that property again.

The overall stay was very good, it is a very good property for stay. Comfortable room and one can experience the beautiful outside view from the balcony. Nice caretaker, facilities were satisfactory, safe and clean property, can be recommended to others.

The location was difficult to find and we asked the caretaker, he did not guide the route properly. When I reached there at night he took very much time to open the door, food was also not good. The cleanliness was ok and the room was fine. I won't recommend.

Had a good stay suitable for family cleanness to be maintained hospitality to be improved from ground staff.

Location is very good for those who have work in BKC, this is very close to hallmark building in Kalanagar. Rooms are big and spacious. At the time of booking it was not clearly mentioned that room does not have attached bathroom, I think it should be clearly mentioned to avoid surprise to guests at the time of check in.
