Primero Villa

Stayed for a night. Property bit old but not unclean. Room and bathroom sufficiently big size. Not spar-kingly clean but clean enough. Helpful staff (just 1 or 2 persons in total. Tv, ac and wifi in room. Peaceful location in residential area. No dedicated parking but enough space to park around (no guard though. No toiletries provided. Bottled water included.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led alone and i feel safe and this was one of the nicest places. Thanks for making our visit to florence that much better

Staff behaviour is superb especially himachali bhaiya they are not taking covid19 seriously. No room sanitization and any other precautions. Bed sheet were to old, u can see the wool coming out from old bedsheet were spreads every where in the room. Hotel is in very peace area. Food and staff are superb and honest.

The booking of the Primero Villas from makemytrip is just a click away with no inconvenience and the rates are too reasonable. The Primero Villa was good with regard to service and cleanliness, plus the staff was also co-operative making the stay easy and enjoyable. Cheers!

It was a peaceful stay. The location was peaceful and calm but far away from the City area. The room was spacious and cozy with all modern amenities. The staff behavior was also so cooperative and helpful. The property was suitable for everyone. The service was very good.

Room wasn't that clean but the owners are kind to us, with having no trouble at all. The mini fridge of ours was not working, but they let us use their own fridge.

It's was excellent experience of stay, the property at prime location and most importantly price is affordable.
