PRISO

Checked in at 10 pm approx. No lights were on at entrance or even at gates. One chef helped with key etc. Room delhi. Late at night we realised there was only one towel for two. I am sure you don't share at home yr towel with whoever. No covers for both of us for sleeping with ac on. Only a single acrylic blanket. Usually you need a cotton sheet below that plus, two needed. In the cupboard only one hanger was there. Minimum we need six for two -its summer time ! no soap, no tooth paste etc, usual fare expected. Are they saving millions? wanted to check out at 7 am to attend a wedding. No coffee"pl wait until 7:30am. There was a kettle in the room but no tea / coffee bags plus kettle was empty. Fortunately collected a water bottle at the desk while coming in. The windows had full curtains andvroom is ground floor facing front gate. How to keep curtains open to know if it's day break? half curtains below the full might have been thoughtful. Health shower support was broken, so it has to lay unhealthily on the floor. Checked out at 7:00 am and frintvdesk was empty

Food was excellent especially the complimentary breakfast. Location was also good as there are few beaches nearby like auro beach, auroville beach, serenity beach. Only thing that put me off was the liquor shop very close to the PRISO. Because of this i always made sure to reach early in the evening. In terms of hygiene i was not happy with the quality of bed and the extra bed which was basically a mattress they had given. I had gone there with my family with 2 kids and had booked the deluxe ac room with extra bed however the extra mattress given was of very bad quality and dirty. Also the pillows were not upto the mark. Room size was also very small and not fit for family stay. But i was happy with the cleanliness of bathroom but no toiletries were given.

This place is much before pondicherry, 10kms from auroville. The place is beautiful surrounded by coconut although entrance was right next to alcohol/tasmac shop. Night time felt unsafe to go out. The rooms were very nice and to a surprise instead of usual room numbers they had city names as rooms. The lawn was very nice to hang and the people were were kind to help with any requests. The restaurant was shut down due to pandemic but they made sure we had good breakfast. It's a nice place to stay especially when traveling with between auroville and nearby beaches. Pondicherry is at-least 25km and can become tedious. This is also a great place for workation.

Stay was comfortable, food is simple, tasty, hygienic. Hospitality is very good. People are very nice and of helping nature. Ambiance is very nice. The surroundings especially the lawn and garden is well maintained. Though away from main city of Pondicherry, it's calm and quiet. There are city buses at regular intervals. Beach is just 10 min walking distance. Enjoyed three days stay in Priso.

The PRISO is far from the city say about 15kms away from Pondicherry city. But the PRISO is worthful. They have a good team and coordination where they are ready to help any time. It's good place for a family. They have ample space for parking. The room is too clean and WiFi facility is excellent. There is no much options for complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this PRISO to all.

We are happy to spend our time over here with peaceful mind. Rooms and outside was maintained very clean, natural and disinfected. Room is simply excellent. Employees are humble. Even-though this PRISO is away from pondicherry city worth staying for peaceful stay. Food service was good. But it could be like guest wish and not as per protocol. Other wise quantity and quality is ok

My experience was just awesome. I Am completely satisfied with facility specially parking space availability. Location is very convenient, peaceful, easy access to Auroville, Beach etc. Room service good. Staffs are very supportive. Room cleanliness is very much acceptable, space is enough for small family/couple. I will love to stay in my next visit if available.

Pros: It was a good PRISO with a an easy to reach location. It was well maintained and the staff was polite and efficient. We had a problem with a bathroom fixture and it was taken care of quite promptly by the staff. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend this PRISO to other travelers. Cons: The bed-sheets and pillow covers could be a little more clean.

It was a clean room with all the facilities. A bit far from the city though. Service was also good. AC, WiFi etc were available. They also allowed us to do a early check-in without any additional charge.

Staffs are well mannered and courteous. Due to there service not able to complain anything. wonderful keep it up.

Hotel is in good locality, rooms are little unclean, rest all are very nice, pool is also good.

One of the best stay ever, the location was perfect near the east coast road and also the staff was very supportive and the cleanliness of the room was very good. The rooms very also spacious. Great stay in Pondicherry.

Location is good, but quite far from Pondy city. Need to travel quite far for actual Pondy. Rooms are okay. Service are good. Better to have breakfast outside. Only idly and pongs. Not even vada. Rest all chargeable. It is a small property with not much amenities.
