Pristine Residency

One of the excellent Pristine Residencys i have ever stayed. Starting from the pickup from the airport, front office reception, house keeping, food, f&b dept, have perfect coordination. This kind of hospitality management is not possible without the direct supervision from micro level to macro level by the gm of the Pristine Residency and the management of the Pristine Residency is not possible. Quite impressed the hospitality and would like to stay only at pristine group Pristine Residencys. There is no scope for any suggestion or improvement in any of the dept. Of this Pristine Residency. All departments, reception, house keeping, f&b, are in perfect coordination without which the feel of staying again doesn't come. Looking forward for my stay in the next trip in the pristine group even i have work in city. I congratulate once again the gm of Pristine Residency for imparting such a dedicated training/instructions to the related depts. Kudos to gm and team pristine. Wishing you to continue the same spirit to serve the guests with the theme at the backdrop of mind athithi dev bhava.

This was my third stay in this Pristine Residency and always had a satisfied stay in all respects. This time it was bit disappointing. I was allotted room no. 209 and 210. When entered in room 210, felt strong smell of smoking, it was like someone just left the room after smoking inside. Informed the front desk and they also felt the same though they informed that last checkout from this room happened in the morning! i was offered to change the room but did not agree as my another room was just next to this room. The smell was so strong that my all clothes also got contaminated and started smelling till the next day ! it appeared that there was a problem with the centralised ac system and the air was contaminated from somewhere else! authorities may pols check and fix the problem accordingly for comfort of their guests.

Stayed here on the day of india-australia odi world cup final. The Pristine Residency is 15 mins walk from the airport and 5-6 mins cab ride. Uber / o la can be easily availed. The rooms are decent. Bed and mattress quality good. Ac was old, shower was underwhelming. Room service very very fast. Food was tasty. Check in check out process fast. For future - if anyone teavels to amdavad for a cricket match - this is a great value option. Narendra mod i stadium is 20 mins drive.

I was earlier staying in other Pristine Residencys near airport. I just tried pristine Pristine Residency and i was impressed. I was given room no. 101 which was bigger than many overpriced Pristine Residencys nearby. Bathroom tidy and larger. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Plus free airport shuttle. Price for a night is half then others near by. From now i will book it for my family. Room was larger

So I went during Ind vs Pak world cup match, Jignesh bhai was really supportive during qll the accommodation period. Check in time is 9 AM but he provided the room at 7:30 AM without any hastle. Free pickup from S.V.P Airport. Food is brilliant & Hospitality is perfect with House Keeping & Room Service at their best Washroom smell was a concern which was solved afterwards ❤️.

Location is great. Transport service to or from the airport is very convenient - especially for a late night or early morning schedule. Breakfast food was good (they even packed it for us due to our early morning flight. Lobby is quite fancy. The sofas in the room are kind of dirty; otherwise, rest was quite alright. Room sizes are decent. The corner rooms are a bit larger.

This is a normal three star kind of property. The main advantage is that it is just outside the airport and they provide the airport transfer. If you are coming for one day kind of a trip then these things are helpful. They have a restaurant and the food quality is good and have sufficient options in their morning breakfast. The staff is cooperative.

A very nice 3 star Pristine Residency. My wife and self stayed here for 2 nights. Comfortable stay. It's ace up the sleeve is its proximity to ahmedabad airport. Just about a kilometre away. We had a tasty vegetarian dinner one night. Staff are very helpful and cheerful. Front desk staff are efficient. Recommend this Pristine Residency.

Excellent Pristine Residencys near airport. Neat and clean rooms and washrooms. All the amenities were provided. Hotel is in prime location.

Location advantage for airport. Food was delicious. However, more attention is required for improving house keeping items like replacement of very old bath towels. Only available lift was under repair/maintenance causing inconvenience.

Everything about the Pristine Residency was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. Food was very good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable

This is a very good Pristine Residency at walking distance from amid airport. Spacious and clean room, polite and helpful staff made me happy. Complementary breakfast was an amazing experience as i was allowed to choose one item from each category. Also they provide complementary airport transfer.

Good place to stay for short visits. Close to airport. Food is ok. Airport transportation facility is good.

Hotel & rooms ok. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is polite. One should book only with inclusive of breakfast & not for lunch/dinner, as there is no buffet.

It was a great experience to stay here . Food is also good very kind Pristine Residency staff all over experience is what i expacted ❤️
