A quiet, isolated and peaceful property

It’s a place away from town, isolated and peaceful. Rooms are big with two king size beds in the same room to accommodate a family of 4 in the same room. No fancy food in the menu but good simple Indian food. Service was slow. There could be power cuts but they do have back up. A large lawn to play with kids. Swimming pool is small and was not functional. Looks like a wedding and event place.

The property is located at a beautiful location in the midst of greeneries and jungle. The amenities are great with a swimming pool, lush green garden and a hut. The food is very tasty and the homestay is clean and well maintained with courteous staff. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Service was terrible they don't attend call and there was no intercom connection in room as well so it was very difficult to contact the reception people The washroom was literally stinking no toiletries were available n lots of insects were in there in room.

Greetings. Thanks for staying at our property. The team at Pristine Woods goes out of its way to keep our guests most comfortable. We offer the most elegant hospitality services. Yes we agree that there is no intercom facility with us, nor is it reflected anywhere in our amenities list. We have been praised by all our guests in the past one year for the cleanliness of our washrooms. There is no question of any stink in our washrooms. All toiletries are available in the washroom and if required extra items are also provided if requested by guests at no extra cost. As far as insects in the room mentioned by you, you kept on sitting with your family in the verandah with the room door open during the night time. It is monsoon time and we are located in a forest area. Despite our requests by the staff you kept the door open, hence some monsoon night flies must have gone inside. We can't be blamed for it. It is disheartening for the staff that even after so much hard work to get such a review and rating. We will strive harder to uplift our service standards even higher so that our guests have a very enjoyable and memorable stay. Regards

Luxury feels with a scenic view

‘whoa’ was my constant reaction while entering the property. It is quite a big property and the rooms space was nothing other than that. I had a great time staying at the property. The staff was friendliest people and took really nice care of us. Overall i would rate it a 10/10. Perfect, just perfect.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
