The location is really good, walking distance from the office. Facilities are average, not maintained properly, laundry services were mentioned but not provided, breakfast was very average. Wifi connection was good. TV does not work, AC remote doesn't work properly. Except location, evening else is average.

charged me extra for late checkout even though I already informed him about the same and also confirmed that the booking is there or not . That time he said the booking was not there so we did a late checkout as informed by still he still charged me extra.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. 40 mins from ganpatipule, roads are nice to reach. Beautiful cottages, each cottage is designed with a theme. Swimming pool was clean. Quality of food is decent, but has scope for improvement.

Stay was good. Rooms were neat & clean. But breakfast was not good and they serve in limited qty and if ask for more they charge you. Food charges are very high. We had asked for 11 rooms but only got 10 rooms.

Overall stay was okay. But sanity of the room needs improvement. Bugs were found in cupboards, bed and pillows. This was a really bad experience when comes to health of an individual.
