Modern Studio Apt in Central Noida

The hotel staff was rude and provided a room without bathtub. After arguing with the manager they provided us with a bathtub room but then the Air conditioner was not working in it. Then we again asked the manager and he gave a room without bathtub where air conditioner was working after changing 4 rooms and then we stayed in a room without bathtub. Which must be less than the cost we paid. I want compensation for the material inconvenience and distress they caused to me and my partner.

The hotel staff were not supportive and responsive for any request. they did not fixed washroom flush, nor gave food menu, water even after calling multiple times. more over it is banquet hall with rooms not a studio apartment flat so don't expect much from this property. I felt my total money wasted.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The stay was terrible—in the night there was loud noise and music coming from nearby rooms, making it impossible to rest. It took nearly 80-90 minutes just to get a water bottle, and the geyser wasn’t working. The staff and hotel management were completely unhelpful and showed no concern for guests’ comfort. To make matters worse, someone knocked on my door late at night and again early in the morning, which was extremely unsettling. Staying here felt like a nightmare. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, even if it’s free.

There was no cleanliness, the floor was very dirty, the geyser was not working and the staff was responding very late

i recently started at Noida Business suites and had an absolutely wonderful experience,the room was very spacious, clean and beautiful decorated with all the amenities,and also the staff was very friendly..

i would highly recommend letstay to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. can’t wait to visit again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
