The room was clean and nice, the view was beautiful, the owner was also co-operative and helpful it was a hassle free stay. Overall it was a really good experience, one can visit with the family and kids as well.

The location and food was exceptional. The room i stayed was filthy and unkempt. The toilet was shabby and filthy. The hand shower of the toilet seat was loosely dangling from the wall hook and would always drop on the floor. The toilet paper was worn off and dirty. The tv never worked. The main door lock was malfunctioning and took several attempts before it opened. The door had loosened from the hinges and had to be physically lifted up before it could be either opened or closed. One of my worst experiences which i would like to forget.

What a delightful experience it was. On the 11th floor. no waste of time doing checkin formalities and room allotment etc. The amenities on thai suite are just too fantabulous. The bedroom was so beautiful with an attached balcony. There was also an attached balcony to the living room. We just enjoyed every moment there. The suite room was worth every ruppee

The booking turned out to be a private one with virtually no connection with the property. We had to go through the hassles of checking in which was extremely bizzare. Though there was an electric kettle in the room, there was no arrangement for tea bag and sugar/ milk powder satches. Had to order tea separately which took substantial time. Request you to remove such private suite booking here and restrict it to normal property booking. Also the place is absolutely not value for the money. An amount of rs 2500- to max rs 3000- is what could be charged.

The room was nice but the tv was not working. Also the in house restaurant was under staffed. Service was very slow.
