Overall Maintainance is average. Rooms were getting smell. need to be change

The property is clean well maintained, suitable location for temple visit as well as shopping, plenty of parking facility, spacious rooms service by the staffs are excellent.

My stay at Priyanka residency was an excellent stay with beautiful ambience nd the staffs working there were friendly and with helping tendency..!!I recommend to all the ppl travelling to Kanchipuram to kindly have a stay at Priyanka residency as it is budget friendly too 😊

We have visited 4 ancient temples like sri kamachi amman, varadarajan temple, sri ulagalamda perumal & ekambaeswar temple. We fully satisfied thankyou

The rooms were dusty and dirty, especially the bed and mattress was so bad, the washroom was filled with dirt stains and unhygienic, one of my bad hotel experiences, the staffs were so irresponsible and especially there was no one in the receiption to at least record check-in and check-out, i booked this hotel through “make my trip” and would never recommend anyone, be aware, we booked for two days and had to leave by 1 day.

Over all stay was good, will stay there if we comes to kanchipuram again

Staff behaviour was rude. Geyser was not working. We have booked four room, all the rooms bath room doors were not properly fixed

It is not a hotel but a wedding hall. Guest Rooms are provided. No food. No proper service. No one asks after check in. Does not recommend it for night stay as it is back of the wedding hall.

Clean rooms good responce. No thanks
