It was very nice and clean, Safety is also very good, and also very nice place to stay and also very close Kozhikode International Airport

I have stayed in room which has no ac, no hot water, electricity gone 2 hours once, no power backup. Worst stay

Average Stay. Friendly Front Office Staff. Equipped with Ample Car Parking Space front The entry to basement is steep and sharp so that for vehicles with less ground clearance it would be a problem. . Room has decent space and all the basic amenities. Free Water and Toiletry Kit was provided, Bathroom was neat and average clean. Experienced issue with AC as the cooling had some issue and cooling efficiency was not upto mark. Overall greatly recommended for you next stay at pullikal residency ☺️ Prime Location, Hassle Free Parking,

The hotel service was the worst I have ever visited to any hotel. They didn't provide even soap n shampoo for Bath. Buckets n mugs were dirty. Spider web was spread throughout the room. There was ants on the bed and pillow. Hardly one socket was available common for mobile charging and mosquito coil, that too was not working properly. I had to remove tv socket to charge mobile that was also also broken. It was ridiculous hotel experience I could not sleep for whole night. Please never book this hotel.

Pulikkal Tower and Residency gave me a poor stay experience. The staff and their services are slow and most of the time not responding. The cleanliness was awful. The room was very dirty. It was not Worth the money I spent. The location was the only good part of the hotel.

I was there only for one night and their no service disappointed me. The food was good. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was courteous. I felt quite secure while staying there.
