The overall ambiance of the room was very comfortable. Also the restaurant seating was neat and clean. And the food was also very delicious. Especially the medu wadas they had for the breakfast were exceptionally scrumptious. The stay at the Purple Palms Resort & Spa was really good and relaxing. They rooms are plush and detailed. Food at the restaurant is very tasty. The only reason why I rated it 4 is because of its rates. Prices for these rooms could be much lesser compared to the location. It's not in the hills and have no view other than Purple Palms Resort & Spas pool view. Other properties with similar amenities and luxury are available at a lesser price.

Location was good ..food is tasty&bariety,staffs are humble &soft nature.entertainment can be placed inside the resort. The thing I felt bad when I was booking the amount nearly 1500rs per day for two days is higher than next day. Overall 3000rs I paid higher than others.if can refund the amount so tat I feel happy to book next trip in your site

location: very near to Kaveri Nisarga Dham, on the main road itself. it is around 27 km from Madikeri. food: breakfast was good especially idli and sambar. resort: is very green, full of trees, nicely maintained . reception area is nicely designed. rooms: spacious, nice balcony service: prompt service

Property is amazingly beautiful. Hospitality, food, maintenance, rooms and common area are all above expectations. Food portion was just too much for us, I would suggest them to reduce it a bit. The food price I found to be on higher side and that too when you order it in room it costs you 18% GST.

We stopped by purple palms while visiting kushalnagar. This is a beautiful resort - clean, spacious and well furnished rooms. Ate dinner at the restaurant - good quality and fair prices. Courteous and responsive staff. Extremely good value for the money. I would rate it as 4 stars.

Property's location isn't that great in terms of nature surrounding but it is walkable from kaveri nisarga dhama and very close to dub-are elephant camp. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety in it. Dinner wasn't that great. Hospitality is excellent

Although the resort is not very big. It’s a nice place just off the town. The staff are very good. The place was very clean. The food seemed a bit in the expensive side but it’s good. Overall had a nice weekend stay.

Location was nearby to the city centre. Room was basic for the price charged and the breakfast has very limited options with taste being just above average. Definitely can do better in terms of customer service overalll
