Homestay at Puthenheril House was amazing! The family members were so warm, welcoming, and made me feel at home. Highly recommended!

it was very difficult to find out The owner wasn't friendly Not hot water available in the bathroom or to drink no bathing towel or soap I really wanted some boiled water to drink but not available it was a terrible experience for me kindly don't keep this kind of facility in your booking app

They property and it's manager spammed us by saying the room isn't available for bachelors and it's not their responsibility. they asked us to inform make my trip for refund but I never got any because it was showing that the checked in time is over. I paid and I'm never getting my money back, absolute disgrace.

Its actuaqlly house which was partitioned and given for rent in the name of roomstay. Also, that caretaker was rude thathe asked to cancel the room after we paid due to we checkedin late due to we missed the train. And he gave so much build up for that room which was not even good. and plug point was not even working and for charging i need to keep pressing ut charger for ling time. the room is not couple/family friendly and the other rooms doors are inside this room. picture given for reference. I wont suggest this for anyone.

Rooms are not clean and there is no proper ventilation and facilities. Not worth for money they have charged.

I stayed there for a night. Had an early morning flight to catch up. This place is near to the airport. There is a circle within walking distance of 300 metres, where cabs and autos are available. I didn't try ola/uber as i wasn't sure of their availability at 4am in the morning. This place was reasonably clean and safe. Bedsheets and bathroom were reasonably clean. Don't expect fancy hotel services like tv, room service etc. It's a nice homestay at an affordable price point. Host was extremely warm and helping. Overall, at the given price point, i couldn't have asked for more.

Very poor service- not provided hot water owner come and checking on 10 pm without time talking too much for there rooms

It is a very nice stay, rooms are clean, owner is also a very nice person.

Homestay was remotely located with no entertainment, wifi or any connectivity except our mobile. No caretaker to assist you for any coffee or tea. You feel isolated and stranded in a desert

I feel like home, owner is very good and helpful. I amenities good. I would like to prefer his homestay

The home stay was not up to par, it was on the third floor, it was a lot of trouble to carry bags and luggage, they did not have any servant....Please don't provide such home stay..Thanks. Thanks 👍🏻

Television not in a room, it must be provided for entertainment. Nice and cool place. It is inside the main road, purely in residential area. Feel like living in thiruwanantpuram.

The room was in third floor and a humen can very difficult walk through the walkway to reach the room because it is not wide enough to walk .There is no lift to go to third four.It was terrible for my Wife who have knee problem.Third floor was very hot and change room from non ac to ac and they charge for me extra ₹560.00. Good and clean room. Good and supportive staff. Centre of pondicherry. Very good location. One drawback is not providing bedsheets
