Great location (close to town hall, kochi metro station, and next to nandilath gm-art shop. Hotel located close to the main road, parking space available. Quick check in, friendly and helpful front desk person, complimentary 1 litre packaged water bottle, good functional ac, tv, black out curtains, good bed linen, functional bathroom with running hot water, no in house restaurant (mappas restaurant & calicut note book restaurants are located at walkable distance, kaloor metro stop (kaloor jn) is also close by.

I reached the Puthens Capitol Inn - Apart Hotel around 7'o clock in the morning. Even though check in time is 12pm they provide the one room for freshup without any hesitation. Hotel staffs are very very co operative. Hotel room, toilets are well maintained. Location also very near to railway station and malls.

The stay was super good, the rooms were well cleaned and the bathroom was well maintained, easy to reach metro station and also railway station. The Puthens Capitol Inn - Apart Hotel people were also well treated, for the couple it's a better and budget friendly stay.

Very clean and affordable rooms with excellent atmosphere. Received good services in there. Staff's attitude was nice. Near north railway station in ernakulam. A small problem on water supply. Otherwise we are satisfied. Thanks for being a good part of my journey

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time. We so enjoyed our stay there and i hope to return.

Rooms were congested but not bad. Internet works well. Rooms were clean. One water bottle and Soap was provided. AC could have been repaired in room 302. Even after keeping at 16°c it took couple of hours to feel the chillness.
