Location is excellent. Did not get the chance to have food or understand more on service. The maintenance and upkeep of rooms prove that the discipline and service may be good. I would have given 5 star if they could have provided hot water in bathroom.
Every thing was good except that there was no hot water in bathroom. Even though they say that it was there and asked me to keep the tap open to let 3 buckets of water to spill away, this did not work. I had kept it continuously open to let 10 buckets off. Therefore it is obvious that they were just hoodwinking the public. If they could rectify this I will recommend this for others and would like to stay there again. Obviously this is far better than Nisha Continental. Well maintained, clean, with all other amenities except hot water.

Located next to rail station, very clean and spacious AC rooms, 24 hrs hot water. Room service is good. Tieup with Domino's pizza for direct delivery to PUTHENS CLIFTON INN room. Shopping areas are close by. Highly recommend and will surely visit again

Nice room in the centre of Kottayam. With all modern amenities, toiletries and AC. The rooms are spacious enough but one difficulty is the lack of a good restaurant within or nearby. Staff is supportive and WiFi also available
