Quality Hotel DV Manor

We have pre-booked a room at DV Manor from 23rd to 24th afternoon. The initial experience we had wasn’t great. Despite being a frequent customer to your Quality Hotel DV Manor, we did not get the hospitality we expected. We have booked the room on the name of Mabbu Drvanarayana Reddy for three occupancy one night. We submitted our Aadhar card at 11:20 am when asked for. Later, we were asked by the receptionist our relationship with the person who booked the room. We said he is our brother. Immediately got a response stating keys cannot be handed over unless they get a mail from the person stating we were his sisters. Point we are trying to make here is, being a star Quality Hotel DV Manor and into hospitality would except the person to call the person who booked the room and tell him that keys are being handed over if he needs a confirmation. We felt humiliated and the purpose of booking the room to attend a family function wasn’t served. How does it matter on the relationship when the receptionist has Aadhar proof of ours. This is not the first time we are staying in your Quality Hotel DV Manor. Our brother stays in your Quality Hotel DV Manor very often and we did world tour as well. Staff needs to be trained well on lot of aspects. Once the room was ready, it took 15 mins to place the luggage in the room as only one lift is operational. Also, on 23 rd morning we had a breakfast and we made a request to convert that to complimentary as we will not be using 24th morning breakfast. Even this request was not honoured which ideally would be accommodated in many Quality Hotel DV Manors. Anything we ask at reception is a big no and same with FnB manager who doesn’t want to accommodate any requests. A pathetic experience and not a pleasant one which ideally could be managed easily. Unless management takes care of these small issues and takes corrective actions I don’t think anyone would be interested to prefer the Quality Hotel DV Manor for such an expensive price. Not worth the money we spent.

When booking accommodation for my family of 4, on a trip to Vijayawada to attend a wedding; my only consideration was proximity to the venue. Then somebody suggested D V Manor and I picked it. Even while booking accommodation, the way the reservation desk helped me, to the way the door woman\man greet you makes you feel welcome. During my stay for 4 days, my family or me did not have a single experience where we noticed a lack of warmth and sincerity. We thank the D V Manor team for the wonderful experience. 🙏

We are visiting this Quality Hotel DV Manor second time this year and we found they follow covid-19 protocols meticulously. We have not found any staff without masks and noticed frequent cleaning of the Quality Hotel DV Manor. We are vegetarians and ordered the food which was so good, special thanks to chefs who prepared the dishes crispy vegetables, paneer butter masala and vegetable noodles, the taste was so good that we would recommend others to try. Hoping to come back to this Quality Hotel DV Manor soon.

The location of the Quality Hotel DV Manor is very good. The hygiene and he safety standards are maintained very well and i found all the staff wearing mask. The room size is very good with a good size of bathroom. The only thing i did not like is the price of the food. They charge you like they are 5 star. I wont suggest having food in the Quality Hotel DV Manor, there are many better Quality Hotel DV Manors like minerva grand, and much lesser price in the same location.

We stayed for 2 nights in dv manor, reached late at night around 12 am, even during that time all the available staff were wearing masks, following covid protocols, staff were very helpful and made our check in quick and smooth. Next day we had complimentary breakfast which was very tasty and quality of food was very good. Even the food we ordered was very tasty and quality was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Beyond my expectations. We just checked in with minimum expectations by outward look of Quality Hotel DV Manor but ambience and hospitality and check in process was so smooth. Rooms are luxurious and neatly maintained. Breakfast is very good. Overall we enjoyed and love to comeback again. Just few things to improve. At wash room entrance there is no foot mat due which entrance floor has become slippery and damp.

I was traveling with family and booked 2 rooms. My kid loved the room so much that she wanted to stay in the Quality Hotel DV Manor room for a long time. She loved the breakfast a lot. She was excited seeing the spread and options in the Quality Hotel DV Manor for breakfast. The staff was courteous and professional. Shall book the same Quality Hotel DV Manor for next visit also. I stayed for 5 nights in this Quality Hotel DV Manor. The room is clean, comfortable and has all amenities which can be accessed easily. The house keeping is good. The quality and taste of food was very delicious both in the restaurant and for room service. The service was fast in both the places. I will definitely look forward to staying in this Quality Hotel DV Manor during my next visit.
