Amazing hotel , with scenic beauty location , cooperative staff , good food , clean rooms all things are perfect must visit

Poor management. The room was just set again after the last guests. Everything seemed used. We had to request the change. Breakfast was horrible the food quality was average but they have only 3 tables so no more than 3 families can sit and the number of rooms are atleast 18/20

It was a great experience here. The location of the property is truly exceptional. It's close to the Bhagsu Nag waterfall and Macleod Ganj. Plus, the food here is just wow. We loved our stay here.

The hotel is definitely understaffed drastically . The current staff is the heart of the hotel and they deserve a praise but they can do as much within human possibilities to keep the show running. The sitting room for food is not ideal , on a busy day you have to share seating space with other families definitely a concern for privacy . There were other shortcomings but the staff did well to fix those but again not worth the money . The big people need to loose pockets and fix the sitting arrangements and interiors to give a more polished look. Staff is great but not properly maintained.

Balcony Room is not good, feel uncomfortable and the service is average compared to the price.

Excellent stay and amazing breakfast and extremely humble staff, specially Rajani, Steve, Muskaan, and pinku. Definitely recommend this hotel. 👍👍

The Quality Inn is a nice and excellent hotel with very good staff, accommodation and food. Located at Bhagsu Market, upper Mcleodganj. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Stayed in the Suit which is spacious. Had a good balcony. Although it is mountain view but not the Dhauladhar Range itself. The snow peaks are not visible from most of the hotels there because it is at the other side of the hill. To see snow peaks from room u have to stay at Dharamshala which is crowded. Mcleodganj is peaceful quiet and serene. Bhagsu Waterfall is very close to the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay! 😊 The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location was convenient and the food was really good too. Overall, a great experience — would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay for 2 days and a great service and a great staff

The hotel stay was a memorable one with all the essential needs taken care of by the hotel management. The property is centrally located and the food was amazing. All the staff members were courteous and the stay was enjoyable.

Complimentary room upgrade at this hotel means same room with a different view and not a higher category of room. However on the second day they did provide me a higher category room after I was disappointed on multiple fronts by the service. When ordering pizza they previously dint have cheese and finally at night when we ordered the pizza was sweet. No tandoor items were available because they didn't light up the tandoor for low occupancy and the management previously said that they were so full that higher category rooms were not available and then said available on extra charge. We had the sweet pizza with loads of tobasco to equalize the taste. Room service is extremely slow and the response for any request takes multiple calls. In a cold place like Mcleodganj the staff didnt know how to switch on the heater in the air conditioner which was a 1 second job. There was disagreement on the pricing for hookah between the restaurant and reception staff which was disconcerting but funny. However I was provided the right pricing at the end of the ordeal. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious, though a little maintenance is required on small areas of walls. Overall I was highly disappointed by the service Regarding food, service and coordination within the staff. They gave 20 percent discount as mentioned on all food and beverages. It does not deserve it's high rating and can only reach there by getting it's actually together on the food and service front.

Property location is great. View from the window is spectacular. Food was excellant. However dining hall furniture is too big to serve numerous small groups Services were execellant. Waiter Steve was very exception in service. Amenties were very Good.

Over priced! More than the property, MMT suggestion for this hotel was disappointing. I was charged more than INR 8,000 per room per night for this hotel which can never be justified. An average hotel at best. Yes, large rooms were provided but not even bottled water was provided unless asked for separately. No other amenities can be spoken about. Restaurant and food also was also average. Hotel staff was definitely co-operative and helpful within their means.
