Quality Inn Elite Amritsar

It's a pretty good Quality Inn Elite Amritsar at this price. The staff is very friendly and the service is quite prompt. The reception staff especially Mr.Uttam was really helpful. We didn't get to taste their food, but had ordered the tea which was quite good. The location is easy to reach & find. The only thing that can be improved is the cleanliness. I had asked for my room to be cleaned on the second day of my day. However there was no proper cleaning done. The floor seemed dusty and neither was the bathroom cleaned. So overall a pretty good stay except this one aspect.

Front office diljeet was very welcoming and courteous. Checkin was late at night but was hassle free. Restaurant staff were all serving with a smile. Room was clean and ac had controls which were working well. Food quality for breakfast buffet was excellent as they were freshly prepared. Amritsar railway station is just a 5 min walk from the property.

It is a decent place for business travellers who don't need to stay put much in the room. Location is very convenient and the room and washroom was clean. There was however a small lizard lurking around in the room.

Room, facility and service was good. Found food a bit expensive. Staff is courteous.. Car rental a bit expensive, only to see wagha border n Durgiana temple from 2.30- 7.45.

Hotel is situated in prime location. All the staff are excellent. Food was very yummy. It's a neat and clean Quality Inn Elite Amritsar.

Hotel standards was at an excellent level in terms of offering welcome drink or cleanliness/sevice/staff everything.
