Quality Inn Viha

The Quality Inn Viha is nearby the railway station and bus stand. We managed to reach the Quality Inn Viha by walk from the bus stand in 8 minutes. We informed them that we will be checking in late and so we faced no issues there, we were allocated good rooms. The Quality Inn Viha is situated on main and busy traffic road, so you cannot expect any rooms with views, neither we were expecting. Our purpose was to travel throughout our stay. They had arranged the cab for it which we found it on par with uber rentals. All the temples are really accessible from this Quality Inn Viha compared to other stays which we were looking at. The room was decent and neat. The toilet was clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous. They answered our queries without losing cool. They had a local temple visit (navagraha package) but we did not use it. Instead we asked for a cab and went ahead with our plan. They have their own restaurant "annalakshmi" - which serves non/veg as well, if you are a vegetarian and okay with having food in n/ veg then it is alright. Morning breakfast was good and it is less crowded as well since only guests from the Quality Inn Viha will be present there to have breakfast. But it becomes extremely crowded during lunch and dinner. They have this strange habit of mixing two unrelated groups of guests on the same table to reduce the waiting time which makes things awkward and unpleasant for guests having food. They need to consider avoiding this and one table should be allocated to one family at any point of time. Food was good. They have an ev charging station.

I am regularly staying in this Quality Inn Viha. Love the room and food ( mainly morning breakfast - veg ). But always i felt that they will not have welcoming face or any welcoming word. Friendliness always missing. This time i stayed on lock down sunday so i got call from front desk for morning breakfast to serve in the room and i said ok. I ordered food + coffee and told them to bring coffee in advance. They served coffee and charged me which suppose to be in my breakfast package. Then i took to the unfriendly manager and he said yes we will charge if you want coffee not with food. He knows that i am a regular and still he does not bother. They should understand the etiquette of this industry. He acted like a low end Quality Inn Vihas.

1) rooms are ok and good for a short stay 2) bathroom ok and the best part is you get 24x7 hot water 3) the staff is polite and helpful 4) restaurant food good and staff helpful when asked for special attention particularly food for toddlers 5) the only problem with the restaurant is very slow n poor service, sometimes they forget and we need to remind them, even if you request for a coffee or hot milk it took them minimum 30mins to setve 6) overall summary, for temple darshan, this Quality Inn Viha is good to stay and also its very near to main bus stop which provides good accessibility and they have good parking space

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Quality Inn Viha for anyone visiting downtown I mistakenly booked my stay a day before, but the Staff named siva was very helpful in accommodating me on the correct requested date. Also a special mention to the front desk Lady staff whose name skipped out of mind was very helpful when I requested for an extended stay. Throughly enjoyed every bit of my stay. keep up the good work guys👍 kudos to the complete team.

Very nice and clean spacious room with clean bathroom and toilet the restaurant below has very good food breakfast has a good spread of puri, several dosa varieties made in your presence, pongal, special upma, breads and unforgettable vadas along with a host of other foods staff at the restaurant and check in were pleasant and friendly due to the Quality Inn Viha being full, our driver had to find alternate place to stay for one night as we got late travel-ling back to the Quality Inn Viha would highly recommend to travelers especially from abroad

The location of the Quality Inn Viha is strategically located. Close to railway station, bus stop. The Quality Inn Viha follows all safety protocols. Rooms are clean, bright and well maintained. The washroom is clean and the Quality Inn Viha provides enough toiletries. The staff was very courteous and accommodative. The breakfast spread is generous with 12 different varieties of breakfast choices. Very comfortable stay and value for every penny paid.

Good clean rooms with all ameneties room cleaning and service was good food in the restaurant was tasty and the two ladies who were serving in the restaurant were outstanding and very polite and helpful. Only minus i noted was there wasnt enough space to park cars. Very cramped and only limited vechiles can be parked. Other than that all aspects were very good and this is my 4th time stay here and next time will stay here for sure

Quality inn at first was not impressive. When we checked in, we were given our key card and asked to find our room. No staff or helper was sent with us. Food was okay. Not much of a spread. The only highlight was the travel person they assigned to us, who was able to show us 15 temples in one day. Excellent driver. Otherwise Quality Inn Viha was fine. It had the look of a 4star Quality Inn Viha. Service is average.

It’s been a fantastic stay. Food is sumptuous. Rooms are clean. Just need to improve their room service.

It is located in the heart of the city. Food taste and room service also good.

Living room was excellent, property is at the hot of town.

Vegetarian restaurant should be separate

The stay at quality inn vi-ha was exceptionally good. The Quality Inn Viha scores high on all aspects including the vegetarian food in their restaurant. The staff are extremely polite and eager to serve the customers. The reception arranged a taxi for our visit to the different temples and the travel agency was well searched and we had a good experience.

Over all average good. Food taste can be improved.

Rooms are kept clean and did not have a problem with linens or furniture. Rooms need more soundproofing though as it is already noisy since the Quality Inn Viha is bang on a busy road. Dining service should be better. It took 2 hours for us to complete our dinner and more than 90 minutes to get all our orders.
