Quartz Himalayan Brothers

If you are looking for serenity on your vacation, this is the place to stay. This was my second time booking the Quartz Himalayan Brothers in the same year. The staff is amazing and the rooms are well-equipped to make customers comfortable despite the dropping temperatures. The staff is extremely helpful and considerate. However, during my stay this time i had to constantly follow up for toiletries. Also, the Quartz Himalayan Brothers has strict kitchen rules so if you skip breakfast being in a holiday mood, you have to wait until they open their kitchen for lunch. Nevertheless, their breakfast and meal buffets are excellent. It was pure joy to enjoy our tea and snacks against the backdrop of breathtaking views of the snow-clad mountains. I would definitely recommend it to friends for their stay.

Property is located away from hustle bustle of city and is at a serene mountain facing location. The mountain facing view from room and balcony was just beautiful. Balcony was quite large where we enjoyed eating out in open in warm sunshine. Staff is particularly warm and was patient in listening to our queries. Food was good if not excellent. But surely i would rate food above average as compared to many Quartz Himalayan Brotherss in india. The only issue i faced was that road leading upto Quartz Himalayan Brothers was under maintenance, so we had to walk some distance before reaching car pick up location for site seeing. But i understand road repair is ongoing and should be completed in some weeks. Overall a fantastic stay and thumbs up.

Pros: 1. Hotel is at peaceful location far from hustle bustle of city. 2. Has great view of mountains. Book mountain view with balcony room. 3. Great staff who serves the customers happily. 4. Great food at genuine rates. 5. Nice tidy rooms. Cons: 1. Hotel approach road is bit narrow and a little bit off the main road. But it is still more accessible than many other Quartz Himalayan Brotherss in the city. 2. Room linen were mostly clean but one of the bedsheet was little torn off. Also, tata sky subscription in tv was not working properly. At this price, you expect these things to work. Overall, a very good Quartz Himalayan Brothers and i will definitely look forward to stay here again but at little cheaper price.

Had a wonderful experience for our stay. A complete distressing experience for us. And the view from the rooms is straight out of wallpapers/posters. We reached at night and in the morning when we woke up, it took us three hours to take the view in. It is simply breathtaking. Mr Basu, the owner was very helpful in providing every single thing we needed for our vacation. The staff was so friendly that we felt like family staying there. No hot water or food issues as posted by many in their negative reviews. Food is very cheap in Himachal and non-vegetarians would love to visit. Looking forward to visit again!😌

It was an amazing stay at quartz himalayan brothers. This place offers views of the snow capped mountains, local farms and monasteries nearby. You can also spot the hp-ca stadium from the terrace! it's a very peaceful location, we booked the mountain facing superior room. All amenities were up to mark, the balcony and the room provided great views. They have a garden where you can sit and relax and also a terrace where you can go and have a 360 degree view. The staff is very polite and greet you with a smile always. The entire property was hygienic as well.

They didn't check our temperatures or any other checks nor sanitized any bags. It's simple if they didn't check us, they didn't check others too. The Quartz Himalayan Brothers is is far from dharamshala and is in remote place, if you have a take bigger traveller or even your car is going towards Quartz Himalayan Brothers and there is other car coming from opposite direction it will be busted situation for everyone, one can even turn back but only can reverse. Else the view, staff behaviour is good. Best part is they serve breakfast to our drivers.

A complete satisfying and pleasant stay with family. Good quality of foods and per dish offers sufficient quantity for four persons. Excellent view from balcony. A nice well maintained garden with live ducks playing Around you. Highly courteous staff offers quick service with smile in particular Ms Babli is very helping. Spacious room with cleanliness. All such gives you complete return of money spent on vacation. Only dislike was a very narrow approach Road to Quartz Himalayan Brothers for a big car.

It was a great experience visiting quartz Himalayan brothers resort. It was just mesmerizing to see a natural beauty. Himalayas at one side and beautiful fields on the other. It became more beautiful when it rained and the clouds just came so near to us, just wow. The staff was also so friendly, jai ram, ritika, tan u all were just great. Even the daughter of the owner was quite approachable. I recommend this place to all at-least one visit. Rest you can decide.

Nice Quartz Himalayan Brothers with good view. Approaching Road was difficult but was manageable

Located near norbulinga monastery. This place is gorgeous. The highlight definitely is the staff. They are warm, polite and really make you comfortable by making you feel at home and catering to all your requirements and doubts.

A place in the city but away from city life perfect place to relax. Good hospitality starts from reception and keep on in all departments

The place is peaceful next to the wide range of restaurants. Staff is courteous & find ways to help. Genuine care & eagerness to help from staff makes the place my first choice for the next trip
