QUEEN PALACE COONOOR

We were two members and our stay at the QUEEN PALACE COONOOR was excellent. It is about 3 kms from ****oor railway station and set amid-st a beautiful tea garden. The view and location is simply superb. Mr. Kameshwaran, the host paid attention to every minute detail. He made us feel very comfortable and provided us utmost help like arranging taxis and even checked to see whether we have not missed our train. Not to forget the excellent food that he prepared during our three day stay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, a little heaven amid-st nature! there is also a family suite to accommodate more members/group. Maintenance is also very neat and clean. And we were told that we could even cook our own food in the fully equipped kitchen over there. Would love to be there again!

Queen Palace is located some 2-3 kms away from the main town. Connectivity becomes an issue if you don't have a personal vehicle. The property is well maintained with all the basic needs but a disadvantage is that there is no dedicated parking. You will have to park your car on a side pavement from where is a steep incline to the homestay - that you shall have to walk. The food and service is good. The person incharge is always responsive and very helpful. Better to take the rooms on the first floor. So ask for it.

The homestay was good the caretaker sent us the location within 1 hour of booking. The room was neat and clean the bathroom was also good the hot water was available wifi was available the bed was so comfortable for sleep and in the terrace the location is good for taking pictures overall the experience is excellent they book auto in the early morning because we caught the train for oaty if you go with family couple or group of friends strongly recommended

The property is located at an excellent location. Calm and peaceful stay within nature and beside tea garden. Food was very good. Staff behaviour was good. Overall excellent stay for two days.
