Nice hotel, clean room and bathroom location is good service also good but little bit hindi language problem

The room was neat and clean.. food facilities available and bar too.. staff behaviour is friendly... overall good..

The hotel was very clean, well maintained and the staff were polite, very helpful, eager to please and always there when needed.

The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. Overall, a superb experience that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Overall good, can introduce more food items. Elevator should be introduced. Breakfast timings can be changed from 7:30 am.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the receptionist and security were incredibly polite, accommodating my late check-in seamlessly. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made my experience top-notch.

Very close to the station. Ambience is good 👍. Clean and neat bathroom with toiletry items. Housekeeping and staff are friendly. For sure we shall recommend it to other people.

I found the property listed in mm t and without much of a survey -as was in a hurry to book too - booked it. To my surprise a second floor accommodation was allotted and no elevator was there. I expressed my inability to climb the status and offered a ground floor room which was stinking and having damp walls smelling bad. Without thinking twice gone back to the second floor option. There was a tv without a remote controller but cable connection was there luckily. Not an airy environment. Roan had a small balcony with a chair. But the area and the chair even was not maintained for days rather, so opted to keep the door closed always. Don’t have a variety of menu for food. No parking lot with sufficient space. So have to park the car in a corner only to take it back after checkout. Had a complimentary breakfast without much choice. It was just a stay. May give 2*.

I had a wonderful stay at queens with my family. The staff, their attitude and services were very good. The room and entire property they kept clean and hygienic. Good food at the ground floor restaurant.

Not at all clean, even for non ac rooms it cost around rs. The reason they are saying is bar attached. We didn't use the bar then why we need to pay more. Also rooms are so dirty and smelling very very bad. I never suggest anyone this hotel.
