I recently stayed at your property and would like to share my feedback. While I appreciated the good location and quality of food, I was quite disappointed with the overall value for money. Queens inn 1 Terrible

Review of Hotel Queens Inn, Velankanni My recent stay at Hotel Queens Inn, Velankanni was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It’s a centralized system that doesn’t work adequately, and the staff said there was nothing they could do. There are no ceiling fans in the rooms, so sleeping was very difficult. At midnight, the staff finally provided a pedestal fan, which helped the kids get some sleep. The rooms themselves are spacious, which is the main reason I booked here, along with the convenient location. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The toilet fittings are very old, with taps and fixtures showing heavy corrosion, making the bathrooms feel neither neat nor clean. At first, there was no hot water either, and only after repeated requests did the staff fix it. The restaurant experience was even worse. The food quality was extremely poor, plates were not properly washed, and the service was lacking. There were not enough staff members, and those present seemed untrained. I had booked four rooms, and every single one had the same air conditioning issue. especially since I stayed here two years ago and had a decent experience at that time (though back then the hotel didn’t have a restaurant). This time, the overall experience was terrible. Pros: Spacious rooms, good location. Cons: Poor air conditioning, no ceiling fans, old and corroded bathroom fittings, uncleanliness, inadequate hot water supply, very poor restaurant quality, untrained staff. Sadly, this stay was a terrific disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel until serious improvements are made.

I was very satisfied with all the services of the friendly Queen Inn accommodation company. The reception was very special. The room and bathroom were very clean and hygienic. The room service was very fast. The food was very well cooked and delicious. The price of the accommodation was reasonable. The swimming pool was very clean and very well set up to spend a lot of time. The security was very well set up, there was no lack of security. The staff was very kind. The manager can be met at any time. Everyone was very kind. I don't know that I stayed in a hotel, I am very happy to say that I had the experience of being in a home.

The rooms where really nice and swimming pool was clean. Only thing the breakfast could have been better

spacious rooms with cordial reception Rooms maintenance especially wash room are average Breakfast is just average. Electricity current cut many times , supported by generated but disturbs sleep. Not sound proof convenient location free from traffic rush

Location is far from the church Food variety was limited particularly vegetarian. Amenities are ok.

I had very bad experience. Wi-Fi was not working. no water in shower and no hot water. few light in room was not working

Dusty rooms with stinky pillows. Poor room service. We stayed for 2 nights and house keeping dint bother to clean the room for the next day.

I have stayed last time in same place and this time also I choose same place becz of few things it’s little far from church may be 1 km but it’s less crowded and rooms are big enough I see little changes this time like they are using the water softener and food quality is also improved and I compared it with the MGM resort and I felt it’s worth the money resort and I suggest this place for stay

food is super. and room also good but bathroom is very old staff are not friendly there is no soap, toothpaste, toothpaste,sampoo,tea powder we asked so many time but they will not give. but the food and restaurant also very good service and very neat.

Terrible situation in the room. Paint smell, rusted bathroom fittings, no items in minibar, no bathroom slippers, no drinking water after 1 hr delivered 1 bottle water, bathroom mirror light not working, no laundry service, due to painting work 1st day restaurant not functional and finally from 10pm to 7 am no room service! Totally horrible experience at Velankanni in my more than 20 trips.

Even found the bed bites spending that much amount for a room with no hygiene and even the bed bites worse wil never recommend to anyone

Not worth for money...I stayed with my family hot water not working well I booked twin bed he gives only single bed and one normal bed and pillow I’m not satisfied for that

We checked into the room at 12:00 pm but received a water bottle only at 3:30 pm after multiple follow-ups. The room was very dusty, and the provided towels looked old. The toilet cleanliness was not up to standard. We were unable to reach the restaurant staff by phone despite multiple attempts and had to contact the help desk each time. The refrigerator was not working, and there was no fan in the room. Additionally, we had to wait a long time to get hot water in the bathroom.

The facility is having poor maintanence and all the 3 rooms which we took is having black molds in the room and washroom especially wc area. The bed and mattress smells stingy and it was really an u pleasant syat

Average room. Needs improvement in cleanliness. Washrooms are not upto expectations. Bidets not working. Air condition issues.

The stay was good and the hotel was clean. There was space for enough parking and a separate place for drivers
