Interested. It's a very good hospitality and very clean and neat rooms. So i am really satisfied with the queen's. The staff and crew are very patient and very competitive. The Queens Tourist Home entrance is not looking good and i prefer to change the reception entry it must be changed to another side or otherwise please hide the bar entry in the main entrance.

Very nice experience with the Queens Tourist Home employees, especially the reception staff, they helped us to find nice tourist locations on wayanad. Room service also nice, ground staff also very coperative, they washed our car, allowed one hour late checkout. Overall experience was great.

Overall experience is good. Wifi was not working, intercom was not working. They said they are repairing soon. Though staffs' behaviour are okay but most of them do not have even basic knowledge about their industry. Few do not even grasp what the guest is talking even in the mother tongue.
