It is heritage cottage built in 1937 as per written there. Four persons can be accommodate in that cottage. One double bed cot and a sofa cum bed is there for sleeping purpose. One attached bathroom, TV set, wardrobe, electric cattle with sufficient tea bags, coffee etc and room heather is also available there. Very limited choice of complementary breakfast. Location is good very near to Police Bazaar. Lot of eateries are there.

It was small place but neat & cosy, full of greenery. if you are coming for a more travelling purpose just need a room for sleeping purpose then its a best place for you in a cheap price. also, they have provided breakfast including which was tasty. i will stay here again if will ever cime to Shillong. just 5 minutes of distance from police bazar. 👍 Good service by staff.

In a congested area like police bazar, it is a quite homely accommodations. Very neat and clean beds and linens. Most updated system of electrical kettle for tea, coffee making. Enough for us to make coffee and tea in our suitable time. Caretaker is not available always, you will have to call over the phone. It helps us to live peacefully.

The property was so good and peaceful. The location was nearby from the Beach and the market area. The room was so comfortable and relaxing with well-furnished as well. The hospitality and management were so good. The staff was so humble and helpful. They provide a very good service. Must recommend the property to others.

All facilities which are provided in a four star Quinton Enclave Annexe (Cottage) | Rooms & Caretaker was there. Like breakfast, hot water, fan, tv, bigger room, sofa, table, almirah, chairs. Above all the caretaker of the property was very nice and listening person

Great place to stay with family and friends. The location was so peaceful and calm. The rooms were clean and relaxing and the staffs were good as well. The food was delicious and hygienic. I really loved that property. Must recommend the property to others.

It was a nice experience to stay at quinton enclave annex cottage for 4 days. The facilities provided were of the desired quality and the room was cosy. I would definitely recommend this to any traveler who is planning to visit shillong in the coming days

Food is not served, i guess that's a known factor when you check-in. They could improve on that the make the stay more comfortable for the guests.

Nice no frills place at the heart of Shillong. Very helpful staff, especially the caretaker who promptly attended to all requests. Overall, a very satisfactory stay.

The homestay is nice. In the room every thing was available room heater, geyser, tea, coffee we didn’t had to call the care taker for anything
