Quinton Enclave Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker

Great stay overall! there is indeed a parking issue, which should be clarified earlier. While parking is available, it is suitable only for small vehicles. There was a bit of miscommunication between the caretaker and owner regarding this. Nevertheless, i had a wonderful experience during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was good. I hope it will be even better in the future once the construction near the property is completed.

What i found in the homestay are all positive things : warm welcome helpful attitude of the caretakers room amenities cleanliness taste of food only one thing i would suggest for improvisation: a little more illumination in the room and if possible the dressing table - mirror combo should be separated from the washroom. Because in case of more than one boarder if one person engages the washroom, then the other have to wait for the mirror

Highly recommended. They were thoughtful enough to have kept a heater at no extra cost. Punctual with the breakfast service and were available whenever we had to give them a call. The Quinton Enclave Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker is a bit down hill but within 350 meters of police bazar. The rooms are large enough with spacious bathroom and ample amenities. Overall, i would love to visit again with my family.

It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. This place is very well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the caretaker. The caretaker was extremely friendly. Home cooked food (breakfast)was yummy. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience i would highly recommend this place and i would definitely want to come back to this place again. The location is super convenient, right in the pb area. There are food stalls and liquor stores closeby. The property is spacious and clean, all amenities provided. The only catch is that the main gate is locked at 10. 30pm after which no one can go in or out and no food deliveries will be possible. There is also no loud music allowed.

Quinton enclave is an excellent option for those who want to stay in the heart of shillong. A 5 minutes walk from police bazaar, the location is good to travel in and out of the city. The room we stayed in was clean, the bathroom is huge and the staff are extremely courteous and ready to help. I'll definitely be going back.

Great Quinton Enclave Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker and breakfast, excellent behaviour from the owner and staffs. We were provided with many extra blankets as well. And the bathroom, my good, so clean. Recommend to everyone to try out quinton enclave stay.

Location was very good the central chowk was within 1km and everyth was available as mentioned. They took very nice care of us and fulfilled our extra demands like we wanted bed tea at 5:30am and provided in this chilly morning

Very hospitable host jayaprakash sir. Parking if you’re on your own or self drive car is a bit inconvenient but manageable. Please call them before reaching as google messes up the route as always.

Location was nice and near police bazar, but had to face some problem to find the location initially and were assisted by the host. Food was good, purely home made cook

Nice homestay at walking distance location from police bazar and mtdc office. Rooms was clean and staff was supportive. They provided awesome breakfast on each day at time.

Welcoming, peaceful experience we arrived at 2 am at night but still they are very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent service and decent room interior also very near to the police baazar, which is the main area of shillong. Caretaker help in arranging cars for different site views at a very nominal cost than others.

Location is very good, very close to police bazar center. My first stay at a homestay. Didn’t expect it to be so good and clean. Washroom was also well maintained with air freshner and amenities.

I stayed with full satisfaction at Quinton Enclave with my wife and two children (20 & 14 yrs) from 23rd-26th February'25. Arrangements were fantastic.
