Qutub heights

Room was clean and spacious, I availed kitchen facilities to cook my food. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils. I had to pay some money for using it. Even dishes were cleaned by caretaker. Caretaker is quite helpful. There is also apartment hall with dining table and sofa which may be used by the guests. Only downside is the location and entrance, location being in a little congested area and entrance being through car parking area. But these are very minor points for someone seeking value for money. On the positive Side, Mehrauli Bus terminus is at five minutes walk.

Our stay was very comfortable, the caretaker is very nice and helpful. But it is very difficult to locate it for the first time as there is no sign out side. Only one drawback is this there no good place to eat nearby and food is not available in the guest house. Overall nice stay.
The property is very nice and spacious, but few maintenance issues are there like electrical switches need to maintained, the cutlery and plates etc are not match with standard of the property. The attendant is very nice and cooperative.

Location is good just near bus stop but don't judge the apartment by the entrance, service person was great didn't expected such good service.
Didn't like the entrance of the apartment, there was a broken iron ladder in the entrance which can hurt somebody plus the Google map was also not correct for the address, it need to place correctly soon. Thanks.

The stay was good, it felt very homelike although the location is a bit confusing and difficult to find but the owner and caretaker were welcoming and the caretaker Vijay makes great parathas. Overall a good stay.
The stay was good although it was difficult to find the location initially and the ventilation is a problem. Everything else was good.

In addition to the cooperative staff and basement parking facility, the room was very clean. Something very rare in this price range of rooms, I could actually use the towels breakfast was very simple and home-like, rooms were very spacious and well maintained. Would definitely visit again.

I will explain my experience in two-way good and bad. Good room, proper cleaned, nice bed and sofa, helpful staff, nice kitchen facilities and lastly good breakfast. Hard to find Qutub heights, no contact available.
