R K Beach Cottage | Private Rooms & Dorms

I think staying at the RK Beach resort was the best decision we took during our trip. We had booked 2 tents and stayed right at the edge of the beach! The staff is very friendly and tries to help as much as possible. I was shocked to see the manager roaming on the beach at 2 a.m. to check if everyone was safe and sound, because we were all a bit drunk. The only thing I would want them to improve is the provision for luggage security. They should have a locker room for it. Food is awesome, which explains why we had all our meals at the same cottage. The location is serene as compared to that of densely crowded main beach and Kudle beach. They provided volleyball and net for us to play. Also, you can ask for bonfire. The staff will arrange it. Also, did I not mention that there is a very friendly golden retriever at the cottage for the dog lovers like me?

The property is located in an awesome location, beach front, just 70mtrs from sea. You don't need to walk to reach the property. It is just attached to the road end from where beach starts. Sea view awesome from the dinning area or from sea facing rooms. One problem is the water in bathroom are completely salty. They shod do something about it. The vive in this place awesome, night lights, tents in the open. And a gathering of diverse crowd. The sea beach is a long plain stretch around 2 to 3 kms. Not much crowd, you can simply enjoy walking or sleeping at morning or night. Gokarna hv only 4 places to visit, the most beautiful is om beach, then kudle, the beach near the R K Beach Cottage | Private Rooms & Dorms and some temple. And nothing much. Not happy with food, sea food average nothing fresh or special

Nice location, good staff behavior, awesome food, nice cottage and dorms and tents, lovely beachfront spaces, spacious washroom. Cons: casualness of some staff, need to work on registering guests and strict observation, luggage safety. We were not welcomed warm as casualness of some staff but later it was quite nice management. Food was really nice. Nice location, but a little far from other points to explore. The location of the property was good, near to the Beach but far away from the main City, apart from that cleanliness, facilities were good, rooms were clean, comfortable but not that much spacious. We've tried the food as well it was good in taste and quality but the quantity of the food was not enough as per the charges they have taken, otherwise a nice stay and a recommended property.

The location was really fantastic and the view was also attractive as it was located near the Sea Beach. We reached the property easily. The property was very nice. The dormitory was big, clean and well decorated. The facilities were very good as well. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly. It is a highly recommendable property. Only food could be tastier.

The cottage is connected to road transport and beach both, you don't have to walk a lot on beach to reach your cottage so that's a 5 star on location. The nearby cottages need to be accessed by the road connecting this cottage. So you will easily reach there. And hospitality is awesome, they fulfilled lil favor of extending stay at minimal cost almost no cost.

We went with 5 people and stayed for 2 days. It was a nice and cozy place. We stayed in dormitory which was pretty clean and hygiene. Food was okay. You can roam freely through out the night. Without having any issues. The only issue was that they don't clean the dormitory everyday. Manager and company were supportive and nice. Overall pretty good experience.

It was a wonderful property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security, facilities or services. However, it took some time to reach there as it was located a little bit far from Shimla City. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. Overall it was a value for money stay. I must recommend this property to others.

It is located on the beach. The hospitality provided by the owner/manager was great. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a Solo trip and I really loved the property as it was right on the Beach. The location was easy to reach and peaceful. The facilities and cleanliness were good. The food was good and the caretaker was helpful. I will recommend the property to Solo travelers and backpackers.

Can't think of words to describe it. The most peaceful, eco friendly, budget friendly, food is good, music is good, and beach is right there. Full enjoyment.

Hostel was good and the location was just perfect and peaceful however washroom wasn’t clean overall experience was good

The restaurant service was good and food was quite good too, everything about this place is super nice

We had around 20 people in our dorm. Got too stuffy. But we chilled on the beach so was okay.

Sometimes we didn't get a proper response, quite only business-minded, rather than that everything was ok.

Best place for everyone enjoying.

Good accommodation with all stuff for families and friends as well.

The RK Beach Cottage is exactly at the beach and facilities are awesome and the hospitality was cool. We travelled in a group and had the best time here. A must have experience visit.
