My train was late. I reached at hotel late in night. Although I have already informed the hotel authority telephonic-ally that I will reach at hotel late in night but they allotted my room to someone else. When I reached at hotel they forced me to stay in care-taker's room with three helpers at hotel. Helpers slept on the floor and I slept on the bed. They gave me the excuse that this is also an AC room what you had booked and you have whole double bed to sleep. Worst experience beyond my limits of imagination. Ridiculous.
