R.M. Guest House

We went as a couple and wanted a simple and clean lodging. Since we were busy exploring pondy the whole time we needed the guest house only for the nights. The guest house is in a good location between the pondicherry city and auroville and it is near to the other beaches on the ecr. The guest house has all the basic amenities and it is clean compared to other budget options. The staff is friendly and understanding.

So were a group of 5 friends and we booked 2 rooms for 5 days. The host was really good n understanding. He guided us and gave us comfortable rooms with no disturbance. The cost was also very reasonable. The place was neat n the washrooms were clean. There were no disturbances from the host and they dint charge us extra for anything. definitely recommended!

Location is perfect. Food we didn't order. Staff is good and helpful.
Location of guest house perfect if you are going to visit places nearby Pondicherry. Local transport that is Bus stop is near the R.M. Guest House. So no need to take bike or car on rent. Room is adequate for 3 people. Staff is good and helpful.

We arrived there a bit late, but the room was there ready to use, small yet clean room, bathroom was average, only issue found in our room was lack of a window, will be pitch black if lights are turned off even at 12 noon. But the service from staffs compensate for issues(if there are any)

The simple and easy check-in, payment and access were outstanding. I liked the staff's approach. Everything was exceptional. The Ameitiies were lovely and did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The place was in quiet area although it was beautiful location.

The property is 4 -5 km before the main city but very near to the aurovile garden (10 km) we easily find out the rental shop for vehicle's near the restaurant. Overall our journey was good and would love to travel again some day for a stay.

The place is at the auroville bus stand so when coming from chennai you just have to get down at the stop and walk about 200 m. Best part is that rented vehicle shops are just nearby. Ac rooms were decent and the staff is very cooperative.

They are checking temperature and sanitization provided but i didn't see they are sanitizing after cleaning. There were musquitos in the room and some of the power plugs are also not working. Overall it was good in budget

Great place, kind staff and beautiful atmosphere. Rooms were tidy, well equipped and comfortable. Staff was very kind, efficient and helpful. Altogether, it was the best stay!

Staffs are very good approaches, housekeeping is very good, they rectified tv problem very soon and no electricity problem, even shut t down time they provided 24 hrs electricity. Good to stay.

I had a great room and the beach is very near to the rooms about 500 metres. Hotels are available nearby.

Excellent stay, clean and tidy room, staff were helpful and soft-spoken. 300 meters from the beach. Also had bike rental service

it's near serenity beach ⛱️ location was okay but there is no perticular parking place
