Sadly it is only a vegetarian hotel; they don't even serve eggs in breakfast. I am shifting because of that; otherwise, the vegetarian dishes are well made. Staff is courteous and well trained, especially the all-women staff.

I booked a stay at Raaj bhavan on Oct 15 to Oct 17 and paid the full amount for the booking. I was suppose to check-in on 16th early morning after my arrival to India, accordingly I booked it from the previous day. When I arrived to the hotel the reception guy said ‘the rooms are full, can you please till the other person checks out’And asked me to wait till morning 10am. Why I should wait ? After paying the full amount for the 3 days. It was a terrible experience at that hotel and totally waste for spending the money over there. Please don’t waste your money

Property is located well at thr start of OMR i.e Thoraipakkam. If your work is mostly at OMR then only its a good option, Interiors & Rooms are average, Bed matress is outdated & needs a quick upgrade. Complimentary Breakfast is not worth.

Stay was not comfortable for us because there were student groups staying in the hotel from Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, they put us for breakfast in the basement with the group. It was awful, arrangements were with paper cups to drink coffee and water breakfast was awfully cold and not up to the standard. We had no choice but we didn't want to spoil our time , we complained but their ears were not ready to register our complaint.

Cramped Bathroom, Torn Towels, and Poor Parking Experience

The bathroom was too small to use comfortably, and the towels provided were torn and below standard. Additionally, the parking space was very congested, making it difficult to park and access the property. Overall, these issues made my stay less enjoyable than expected.
