Not professional. Bad room condition.

Good at this rate in chennai.

First they’ve told that booked apartment is under maintainace and gave room in another hotel. That hotel looks cheap and congested. It was small room and not able to accommodate 3rd person. They didn’t even reduce the amount for this poor service

Property is in the prime place near CIT colony. This is the only option for 4 adult stay near by. We had good experience and one washroom could have been more clean and tidy. Rest all was good for a night stay.

Water problem for three days no water in the property due to motor issue. Need a refund of 25% refund no discount. It was a nightmare to ask the staff to get water for toilets.

the ac was not working there was an issue we had booked two rooms we checked in at 12 night. the issue was couldn't cancel as our other room my family was staying. the hotel team said next day they would adjust but we didn't get any benefit .

Except few challenges at this place, overall stay has been comfortable!

They told the hotel is overbooked and has their near by their own hotel raajnest and asked to stay there. There was smoke smell in the hotel. Small room then we were shown in picture. Confitmeter was not clean. We asked to change and they changed only the bed spread that too in the evening after 10 pm since laundry guy didn't come. Disappointed. Hot water was fine in the bathroom. No soap, water, towel included.
