The hotel was ok in terms of amenities. It is a bit far away, but in a way, sort of far from the crowd and ok. Service was not too great, though. They had a breakfast restaurant which didn't open till late. The room had coffee and tea but no creamer/milk powder. Asked for it, the staff said they would give it but never did

Rooms were clean, almost every room has window. All facilities were upto mark. Caffe attached with hotel food was not upto mark. Rest all good

Uncomfortable night stayed

familyVery uncomfortable when reached at ratnam hotel in late evening(7pm) after a long drive, the hotel management said that my booking sifted to other hotel "solitaire" which is around 4-5km from ratnam hotel, which was a marriage party plot, we just adjust for the night stay. Food quality was not upto the mark, offered high charges veg-dinner buffet. Last moment changes of staying place was not absolutely desirable when booked and at that moment not able to contact over phone due to their complicated iv r system, not happy.
