The convenience of being within walking distance to local markets for essential items is a huge plus point. This means guests can experience the local culture while being able to stock up on necessities. A highlight in the area for us was the unique mode of travel, by horses. This was a truly exciting and safe way to explore the stunning surroundings. It made us feel like i was a part of the natural environment, rather than simply observing it from afar. What sets your resort apart from others is the complete absence of pollution, ensuring a truly eco-friendly experience. This was a breath of fresh air (literally) and allowed me to truly unwind and rejuvenate my mind, body, and soul. Overall, i would highly recommend radha cottage to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat in the lap of nature in matheran. Keep up the great work!

Home away from home matheran has always been my 2nd home, earlier i used to stay at some Radha Cottage- Heritage Resort in matheran but due to the degradation in their service, i finally decided to discover a new option in matheran, which is very well know but i never tried staying here. And i must say, what a stay at this resort in matheran! it was a magnificent experience. We stayed here for 1 night. The food here is really good with variety of options. The staff here are incredibly amazing and helpful. They are always there to help you with whatever you want, may it be horses, porter, pick up from mumbai. It is worth the amount you pay. Never seen such a good Radha Cottage- Heritage Resort in matheran. Will definitely recommend! when in matheran stay at radha cottage. A must visit place and i am waiting to go back to radha cottage, Radha Cottage- Heritage Resort in matheran and connect with this place and nature once again.

We stayed in one of the heritage rooms at radha cottage on the night of 16 november 2024! radha cottage comes with some history of the place being once upon a time lived in by sir pherozeshah mehta it is located at the extreme end of matheran town hence very secluded from the hustle of town. There are 3 heritage rooms facing a newly constructed swimming pool and we booked one of them. There are other and cheaper options available food is not la carte but a buffet format for breakfast lunch and dinner. The spreads for dinner and breakfast that we opted for, were good enough but not lavish for the price charged. Staff was courteous. Radha the young host was prompt and clear with instructions on matheran as well as the Radha Cottage- Heritage Resort her father shri manoj khedkar whom i had a chance to meet on property was a gem of a person.

Always wanted to stay at this heritage property. Tit is quite removed from the maddening crowds during season time. We were there during diwali but we got the peace and solitude wet we’re looking for. We had booked our stay at the rose cottage which is a beautiful large room with victorian style furniture. Very spacious and also has a wall in wardrobe with a clean bathroom attached. The staff were very hospitable and the food was to our liking and taste. We met the owner mr keskar who made us feel very at home. All in all it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay for us. Be prepared to walk a lot tho since it’s a little inside.

My stay at radha cottage heritage resort in matheran was absolutely delightful. The food was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that satisfied every palate. Nestled in lush greenery, the tranquil surroundings were perfect for relaxation and nature walks. I highly recommend radha cottage for a serene and enjoyable getaway. The location, food and service was fantastic. We planned to stay only one night, but loved the property so much that we extended for another. The Radha Cottage- Heritage Resort manager mr. Kunal was very courteous and warm. He made sure our stay was comfortable. The buffet was elaborate with excellent choice of local and indian cuisine. The location is right in woods and close to sunset point. I highly recommend radha cottage to everyone.

Food, stay and services are good. Food is authentic maharastrian. Location wise it's little far to walk from station but you get a good forest view that's a plus point.

The location is awesome. The rooms are not luxurious but they are comfortable. Loved the food both veg and non veg. Lastly the service was very prompt. Very friendly and caring staff.

Location of Radha Cottage- Heritage Resort was good, room was nearly clean, food was authentic marathi food and test was superb

Had an amazing stay with my family the caretaker also took a lot of care of any inconveniences if faced a secluded and serene stay

Radha cottage is a very good and well maintained properly away from the hustle and bustle ad-mist the nature is very peaceful the food taste is good and the staff is always helpful and friendly i would suggest this place for couples and well as family

Had a peaceful stay at radha cottage. The staff were helpful and were prompt in their service. The best thing about the stay was the homely food we ate unlike other restaurants we enjoyed the food there.
