RADHA MADHAV ASHRAM

The room had No stable mobile connectivity No wifi (only at the reception) No properly working water faucet. (very rusty corroded taps). Water sprayed rather than poured. Difficult to aim & collect the hot and cold water in a bucket. Took ages. No dustbin (common dustbin outside the room). The common dustbin was always full and dirty, so when i saw the lady cleaner outside i informed her, and she didn’t like it a bit i. In my entire journeys till now i have never been so rudely insulted by any of the lodge staff. And for what, a simple request to make a clean empty dust bin available. No humanity no respect for the tenants. When i complained to the management they told me i should have spoken to them directly. Which i had mentioned to them too. But nothing was done. Not very happy.

the property is very much inside from the market and temple no food available beside from the hotel services of the hotel is good and helpful

Peaceful stay. Location is also good to explore whole Vrindavan. Restaurant is not available in hotel

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it

First of all it is not 1.5km distance from Banke Bihari temple. And Properly is in residential place , small road, lights issue, similar Ashram can het easily there in Rs 500-800 per room

Lack of room maintenance. No mosquito machines Ac not working as it was never serviced in few years.

Room was good and clean . The location was also good and was near all the famous temples plus transport facility was also provided by the hotel.

It was very good stay at this place i loved the experience. There was cleaniness and peace at the ashram .

location of property is in a remote area. No conveyace is available to go at any temple or at other location. A great fear is of dog biting during night. I escapped by luck with the help of a small stick. pillow and bed sheet was not good. No help or support was available. Main door of the property was opened on reaching the property and lateron no person was found. there was no arrangement of even water any where in the property and no shop is available at nearby location. Only name is Ashram otherwise no ashram is seen there. when calling on the given phone number, no help or support was available. only once a boy helped in getting my room only. you may read the review number 2 which is well explained by some other traveller who was staying there before me. His review is correct but you have not deleated this property or black listed it. It is wonderful how you entertain such type of property for your customer. in brief nothing is good. I lost all my charm and feeling the worst experience. I had booked rooms and taxi so many times but now I have very bad image of your services in my mind. So I have not complained during or after leaving this room stay. I am not explaing this all for any reward or discount. I am totalky unhappy with this stay.
